I am 35 years old with an edematous-deformational aging type. Currently, I’m struggling with hormonal acne after stopping birth control. I also have mild facial redness, post-acne marks, and freckles. I owned over 10 beauty devices. I have Zovie LED mask (the stationary arch model, not their wearable one), with Infrared, Red, Blue, and Yellow light for over a year. Thanks to that device, I realized that LED therapy is incredibly effective for me: it "lifts" my entire face, eliminates redness I didn’t even realize I had, fades post-acne spots, lighten freckles, and reduces inflammation. I was looking for a wearable alternative to be more consistent with my treatments. I did a research and the VogueNow LuminxPro because of three things: Deep Infrared which I was eager to try Blue Light my current hormonal acne It covers the cheekbone area and lips—a great bonus for my aging type. The mask is very pleasant to the touch and feels like a high-quality, premium device in a beautiful shade of pink. On the sixth day of daily use, I noticed an intense lifting effect around my nasolabial folds and sagging jowls. While my arch mask helped with nasolabial lines, this was the first time I saw a visible lift on my jowls. I believe this is thanks to the Deep Infrared wavelength. However, I noticed my upper eyelids became puffy. I concluded that the eye protection inserts were pressing on my lids and obstructing lymphatic drainage. Once I removed them, the swelling subsided. I don’t recommend using the mask longer than the allowed 10 minutes a day. Otherwise, cells become overwhelmed by the energy, leading to a counterproductive effect. I didn’t notice a significant impact from the LuminxPro’s blue light on my acne (comparing it to my arch mask). My Zovie mask uses a 470nm wavelength, while this one uses 460nm. The LuminxPro is gentler, but for my skin, the 470nm wavelength proved more effective. Another realization: I always use my arch mask while lying down. This is the only way you can use such masks, which is not so fancy, but it allows gravity to smooth out the skin. With a wearable mask like the VogueNow, your face has to support both itself and the weight of the device while you move. I decided to do my face lifting sessions lying down even with the LuminxPro, which is likely why I saw results on my jowls so quickly. However, if you put your hair in a ponytail and secure the Velcro strap over it, you can move around comfortably. The only thing I truly missed was Yellow Light. In my arch mask, the combination of Red and Yellow light gives my skin vibrant and healthy look. Who is this mask for? If you are looking for an anti-aging lifting effect, this is a must-have. In my opinion, the VogueNow LuminxPro is the best alternative to the Current Body Series 2, but at a much more attractive price point. If you want a "do-it-all" device for general skin health (including vascular redness and stubborn acne), there might be better options. Even though I am returning this mask, I am giving it 5 stars because it is an excellent product for the right buyer. I truly hope VogueNow releases a future model that includes Yellow or Green light. ... show more

I've always been self-conscious about my enlarged pores, especially around my nose and cheeks, so I've spent years trying different skincare products and treatments. I decided to give this LED light therapy mask a try, and it's honestly become one of my favorite parts of my skincare routine. I've been using it consistently several times a week for about a month, and I've noticed my skin looks smoother, more even, and healthier overall. While it didn't magically erase my pores overnight, they definitely look less noticeable, and my skin feels much more refined. I've also had fewer breakouts, which has been a huge bonus. The mask is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and I love that I can relax while it's doing its thing. It feels like I'm giving myself a mini spa treatment at home.     • Just got it but I wanted to share the Measured Irradiance levels and other specs
I wanted this mask for anti-aging and don't really need the blue light. I was looking for red light, NIR light and deep NIR light, which this mask has. It was hard to find specs on this mask, and there are not a lot of reviews. I almost opted for the Currentbody which does not have the blue light (so all leds are in the ranges I need), and it is flexible with chin coverage (like this LuminX Pro). There are an infinite number of reviews on the Currentbody and lots of them are from dermatologists. However, this Voguenow LuminX Pro mask was less expensive on Amazon and hit all of my requirements. 1. Correct Irradiance. When I got it, I emailed the manufacturer for specs on the Measured Irradiance and was going to hold off on taking the plastic film off the box. In the end, I could not make myself wait and opened the box. Inside, the user guide had the specs I was looking for and the irradiance is right where it should be: 30mW/cm² in the pure red light mode; 35mW/cm² in the anti-aging pro mode (red, NIR and deep NIR); 40mW/cm² in the blue light mode; and 50mW/cm² in the balance mode (all four wavelengths). The information I found on the Currentbody Series 2 says it has an irradiance of 30mW/cm² and gave no specifics on the different modes. 2. Good light coverage. The Currentbody Series 2 has 236 leds, and the LuminX Pro has 280 leds. It just finished charging for the first time and the inside of the mask is lit up truly very brightly (it's almost too bright to look at), which the videos will tell you is an indication of a higher quality mask. 3. Good fit. I like that there is no mouth opening (almost every review of masks with mouth openings show them to be in the wrong place and they seem basically useless). The chin is covered and the mask is somewhat shaped while still being flexible. I have a somewhat small face but the way the straps are designed this mask fits really well. There is a small space between my chin and the bottom strap, but not much and I could easily push it that last bit up so that it hits while still being able to use the eye openings. Judging by the specs, the fit, the feeling of quality, and the brightness, this LuminX Pro is comparable to the Currentbody at less than half the price. It's not one of the super inexpensive masks, but it's affordable enough to take a chance on. I'm happy I opted to try this first. I have religiously used this mask on all settings every night and see absolutely no improvements. Very disappointed and past the return window. Was hoping to see something but nothing. UPDATE: Much to my surprise CS reached out to me about my concern . Thinking they were offering to resolve this I responded with appreciation and thanks but now has not done anything or responded ! I am so ecstatic. I have been using the Anti-Aging Pro Mode with Deep NIR for the past 8 weeks. My face is glowing, look at the glow on my cheek bones. And my hyperpigmentation spots have faded tremendously, I'm so impressed by this light. Even IPL didn't fade my pigmentation this much. Seeing huge improvements in the glow in my skin. Continuing to be thrilled with my results l've been using the LuminX Pro consistently for a few weeks, and the change in my skin honestly surprised me. My face looks calmer, more even, and overalljust healthier. The redness around my nose and cheeks has noticeably settled, and the wrinkles around my eyes and nose have softened, especialy around my eyes and mouth, my skin looks smoother.
