I have had both sides of the hearing aides fail. I called support and they said replace this ear plug. I looked at each, they weren’t blocked, it didn’t seem like this should make a difference. But in both separate cases, it fixed it. Pretty small price to keep on hand to make repairs!

I needed the smallest sleeves for my ear canals. My Sony hearing aids came with the usual assortment, most of which were too big. I expect you can order the size you need once you figure out which size you need. This purchase worked perfectly for me. A half dozen of these should last me quite a while.
