Most solar lights tend to last maybe four to six hours into the night before they run out of juice. I have come out into the early hours of the morning the next day and these lights were still on. I absolutely love it. The only slight caveat is that these do not get very bright. But it depends on what you're expecting. Don't expect it to light up your pool for any kind of real visibility, but if you purchased it for the purpose that I did and add a very nice aesthetic and pleasing look to your pool, then this works. Now in the picture I do have some lights that are in the water, but I did want to illustrate what they look like on the edges.

Solar pool lights for above ground pool works great for ulumanation of pool railings and top of water in pool. Very easy to install with rubber connectors that wrap around pool railings.Very durable solar lights that gives the pool a kind of mystic light casting.
