I’ve been using this bench for about a month now and I’ve never had a bad workout from it! After I’m done lifting I feel just as good as I did when I went to planet fitness if not better, the workout you can get from this thing is incredible really, there’s several different workouts you can do, leg curls, hamstring curls, preacher curls, rows, and a few shoulder workouts too and that’s just with the attachment at the end of the bench! The bench does incline which is really nice, I did wish it declined a bit but no complaints that it doesn’t, and the rack is just as good as the rest of the bench, you can do squats or just use it for bench press and it’s very adjustable as well, however I am missing the pins for the rack to adjust the hight so I currently cannot use it as a squat rack unless I almost crouch down lol. The bench is a little wobbly especially when you put a good amount of weight on the attachment, but the bench isn’t going anywhere unless you purposely flip it over, it’s pretty sturdy just be careful how much weight you do put on the attachment so you don’t break it lol. Definitely better than I expected and it did take a few hours to assemble but that’s cause I didn’t read the directions xD, this makes a really great home workout though and I haven’t had to go back to the gym since!

Honest review here: item is PERFECT for a first home gym. I have 0 complaints item is nice very sturdy olds good weights. It was easy to put together took 2 people but that’s fine. Not to heavy to remove out of box I’m happy with the over all quality the black looks so clean and sleek. Easy to clean exercising on this is so beginner friendly and affordable. I get compliments when friends and family come over they say it’s a nice set so it’s very appealing to the eye. I hope my review helps just buy the thing and see for your self happy holidays.

For the price, I expected cheap materials and for it to be a little flimsy. I was able to get everything put together, but found that the bottom weld on the leg weight support was broken and one of the welds on the leg weight mounting bracket is completely missing. The broken weld is not critical and is just a little annoying. The missing weld could easily cause a failure and injury. I would not recommend this product unless you have the resources to do repairs before use.

The bench was easy to assemble and works as needed. Unfortunately, there was a missing crucial part. I contacted customer service via their preferred method; email. Never received a reply! So a key feature is unusable.
