This robot vacuum has been doing a wonderful job keeping up with the mess in our house. We have a Golden Retriever and a cat, so there’s plenty of pet hair, plus dust and food from the baby. We have it run every night and it does a great job picking everything up. The dustbin does fill up fairly quickly with all the pet hair, so we need to empty it often, but that feels like a reasonable trade-off for how well it cleans. I also really like the adjustable sound settings, the mapping works well and being able to change the direction it cleans gives us more control over how it runs. This is such a good robot vacuum, I've been using it for a couple of weeks so far and it has work really well. It does have a strong suction podwer, cleans really well and mops well enough too. Setting it up was really easy, I only needed to get all the parts out of the box and follow the instructions provided in the box( clear and concise). The only thing I'm not pleased with is the amount of noise it makes, a little too noisy for me but it doesn't bothers me as much as it would annoy others so keep that in mind if you're a noise sensitive person though you could probably set it to the lowest suction setting. Device has self empty which I absolutely love and works pretty well, easy to clean and remove debris. Initial mapping worked like described but I advise you to remove everything that could be a temporary obstacle to your device so that the mapping is completely succesful. Price is a little too high compared to other brands I've seen around so I would probably advise waiting for a good deal like Black Friday to get yours at a great price. ... show more

Worst purchase ever. Thank god I got this thing on sale. It took forever to set up in our house on the wifi. Once I finally got it connected I had it map my house, then I couldn’t use it for months because it wouldn’t exit mapping mode. Finally had to do a hard reset and guess what? More WiFi issues. I got it finally connected again and magically it did map my house. But good lord was this the dumbest most expensive piece of junk I’ve bought. It was fine for the most part after those issues, until suddenly one day it just stopped working for 2 months and then decided to work again. It doesn’t clean my rugs well, and doesn’t get in corners well. It’s also recently started lifting my rug and so it’s started mapping that space as a wall and doesn’t vacuum the rug anymore. The little brush just falls off sometimes, and mopping doesn’t get ANYTHING up. It’s not loud, but it’s also not quiet. You do need to turn up the tv while it’s on. It takes about an hour to vacuum approx 800 sq ft, which feels a little long. I typically LOVE shark items, I think they just rushed to get this out and it shows ... show more

I love it I do. But don’t for one second think after you set this up you own your house. It will be in charge. Furniture: it will decide where it goes Some days it will go under, some day it will get stuck under. Rugs: some days no problem others, they are a cliff and it will not go on them. You are home: all it will do is attack you, loves hide and seek so don’t even try. Cords: ha! If they touch the ground Sharky will pull them out of the socket Throw blanket it’s favored food! Stairs: stairs are a cliff and Sharky will tell you no I’m not moving at all now that I’m close or some days it will have enough and throw itself down them. Anything on the floor: I mean anything it will try to eat it and get stuck. Rug stuck - you leave a 1” thick pipe it will climb on top of it - multiple times. Children drop crumbs Sharky will ignore if it did that area already, kids drop a sock, the second it touches the ground Sharky will stop in its track and b-line right for it, and get stuck and scream. String/yarn will get tangled and you will need to take apart Sharky and get it out of every crevice- honestly don’t even bring string, rope or yarn into your house. If you spill something it will rub it onto everything - mostly things you love it knows. Don’t buy juice. Some days Sharky is a little angel, other days nothings changes and Sharky is making some god awful sound. Kinda like Chewbacca, and than will die dramatically on that spot May leave marks on all furniture at its hight. Pros. It will pick up all the crumbs - dust bin fills up fast. And honestly I never have to vacuum anymore. And Sharky lets me stay there so we cool. I’m going to buy another. ... show more

My floors have never been so clean! I love it! I bought an inexpensive robot vacuum before that I couldn’t ever connect to my wifi so I had to use it manually. It constantly got stuck under my couches and on cords that were under the couches and rug tassels. This vacuum is much more well behaved. I like being able to set a time every day and knowing my floors will be clean. The suction is pretty impressive. I had dropped a nail head trim piece when I was re-nailing a chair and one nail fell under the bench I was sitting on. My robot vacuum found that nail and sucked it out from under the bench on its first voyage! The bench had too low of clearance for a vacuum to get underneath so the fact that it was able to suction it from that distance was impressive. I did have to remove the nail from the brush roll at that point. I recently got new couches without clearance underneath but when I lived the old couches, nary a dust bunny or even strand of dog hair was underneath. I read online that you should vacuum once a week for every human and pet living in your home. That’s five days total but I run it for seven days because of the dusty desert we live in. I like that it can vacuum specific rooms whenever you want, like after j dusted the ceiling fan I sent it in to vacuum up after me. I love never having a build up of pet hair under my kitchen table. It’s nice having a collection bin so I don’t have to remember to empty it every time I want to use it. It will empty halfway through vacuuming—I don’t know if that’s an automatic thing it does no matter what or if we are just that dirty lol. If you’re looking for the next upgrade in your robot vacuum this is it. Mine vacuums my downstairs which is roughly 1000 sq ft every day no problem. ... show more

I’ve had this vacuum for about three years now and it does a good job helping keep our downstairs clean. One downside is that it ripped off all of our door stops. Before that happened, it used to just turn itself off when it ran into them. I know this seems to be a common issue because I see reels all the time making fun of how annoying it is. I used to use the app but don’t anymore. Since we added rugs downstairs, it throws an error probably about 70% of the time we run it. The good news is you usually just have to restart it, so it’s mildly annoying but not the end of the world. We also tend to put our dining room chairs up before running it because it can get stuck on them and die. Overall, I would probably purchase it again since it takes out the daily vacuuming that I have to do. To be clear, it will not replace your normal vacuum but it does help keep things cleaner on a daily basis. I just ordered new rollers so I hope that helps. ... show more

This is the BEST robot vacuum if you have dogs. I have three dogs, one is my German Shedder, and my two mutts shed, too. This vacuum gets an extraordinary amount of dog hair up on the daily.
