  • Does a great job with no mess and easy clean-up when done
Style: Floor ONE S3
Assuming that the vacuum mop holds up -- I've had it for three months -- I can highly recommend it. It does an excellent job and the floors look better with each use. (Considering that the floors had not been wet mopped in over a year, I probably should have gone over them more than once the first time I mopped them.) There is no mess, such as water pooling. Cleanup of the machine takes about 5-10 minutes and is simple. I store the machine in the laundry room where it uses an 11-inch by 12-inch area. The only negative is reattaching the clean water and dirty water containers requires a little bit of getting used to -- just follow the illustration provided on the machine. This thing is so good I plan to purchase one for my daughter. I have the Floor One S3 model. If later models are available BUY ONE. ... show more

  • Obsessed with this mop — steam feature is a must!
Style: Floor ONE S3
I absolutely love this mop! With so many different versions out there, I took my time researching before making a decision, and I’m so glad I chose this one. I specifically went with the corded version after reading reviews that the rechargeable models were better suited for smaller spaces. Since I have a large two-story home, I didn’t want to risk stopping mid-mop to charge — and I have zero regrets. If cords bother you, this might not be the best choice for you, but personally, I don’t mind it at all. The cord is very long, so I’ve never felt restricted while cleaning. One of the biggest selling points for me was the fact that this version includes both a mop and a steam function — and let me tell you, I use the steam setting constantly. It’s a total game changer for deeper cleaning without needing extra chemicals. One important tip: clean it after every single use. I’ve had this mop for over a year now, and because I take the time (less than five minutes!) to clean the water tank and brush roller, there’s been no smell, no buildup, and no performance issues. It still works like new. Funny enough, I bought my mom a different version without steam and she ended up returning it to get this exact one after seeing how well it worked at my house. That says a lot! Whether you choose this exact model or another from this brand, I’m sure you’ll get a solid product — but I personally wouldn’t go without the steam. Highly recommend and would 100% buy again! ... show more

  • Best Vacume/Mop used
Style: iFLOOR 2 Complete
This vacuum mop has been a game-changer! It cleans so well and makes keeping up with the floors super easy. We use it every night, and it still works just as strong as the first day. Picks up dust and crumbs with no problem and leaves everything looking fresh. Even my kids have no problem using it, which makes cleaning up even easier. We’ve tried other ones before, but this one is by far our favorite. Definitely worth it! ... show more

  • From Dry Crumbs to Wet Stains: A Versatile Vacuum‑Mop with A+ Support
Style: Floor ONE S3
Bought in November 2023 for an all‑tile‑and‑hardwood home—no pets, no kids, just regular adult traffic and the occasional kitchen spill—here’s the straight‑up, start‑to‑finish verdict. Vacuum feature Surprisingly solid. It handles loose and stuck‑on food debris—dry crumbs or the odd blob of rice—plus long human hair, without spitting anything back out or tangling up. Not an industrial shop‑vac, but for everyday mess it clears the deck. Mop feature Chef’s‑kiss good at lifting grit. Both hardwood and tile feel genuinely clean—no sticky film, just that barefoot glide you only get after a real scrub. Watching the dirty‑water tank turn swamp‑gray is equal parts gross and satisfying. Carpet spot treatment A handy bonus: It’s excellent for lifting drink or food stains from rugs—think coffee splashes, wine dribbles, or a dab of pasta sauce. A couple of slow passes usually pull the pigment and leave the fibers damp, not drenched. Usage tips Slow and steady wins. Let the unit pull itself forward while you steer; rushing leaves streaks. Glide it like a stroller and you’ll get an even, thorough pass. Water tank One fill handles my high‑traffic zones; a quick pop‑out, rinse, and refill gets me ready for bonus rounds. The whole pit stop takes a couple minutes, so running out never kills my momentum. Battery life Still haven’t out‑cleaned the battery. I wrap up long before the low‑power beep shows up, so it’s a non‑issue in regular use. Cleaning solutions The branded cleaner works well, but budget options are fine too: Aunt  Fannie’s  Ultra Concentrated Floor Cleaner (Vinegar Wash)—my go‑to; works perfectly in the tank and leaves no residue. Dish soap—literally a single drop in a full tank makes a decent stand‑alone cleaner; more than that will oversuds. Maintenance Tanks rinse clean, the roller pops off for an overnight air‑dry, and the tray wipes down in seconds. Keeping a spare roller handy means there’s always a dry one ready to go. Downside The output tube is a hair magnet; the self‑clean cycle can’t shake every strand. It hasn’t caused problems yet, but I’m keeping an eye on it in case buildup turns into a long‑term snag. Customer service Unit malfunctioned in February 2025 while still under warranty. Support emailed a prepaid label, real‑time tracking updates showed every hand‑off, and another email pinged me the moment repairs were finished and the cleaner was headed home. Around two weeks door‑to‑door, fully functional on return—and they tossed in two bottles of cleaning solution as a thank‑you. Final thoughts Light, simple, and legitimately effective. For everyday vacuum‑and‑mop duty—dry crumbs, wet spills, hair—it punches above its weight, cleanup is painless, and the service team has your back when something goes sideways. Easy recommend. ... show more

  • Dissapointed
Purchased this in November of 2021. Did well on flat surfaces but does not do corners and will not scrub. Also, due to the shape of the head about an inch all around the head is left untouched. Recently, puddles of water have been left behind and the machine is stopping, no blinking lights indicating the problem, and it not taking a full charge even though all the bars indicate full charge. When I finally was able to speak with customer service, they informed me this model, purchased from Amazon, was out of warranty (warranty is 2 years), which I knew, was too old to be serviced and all the parts had been discontinued. If I sent pictures of the order and packed up the item and returned it they would prorate a refund, maybe and do offer to pay for boxing and shipping the item. FYI Just saw this product in Costco -- I assume the updated version of this product. Much easier to return it to Costco than Tineco. On a positive note -- It was nice to have a machine that would both vacuum and wash and could be used on tile as well as sealed wood during a single cleaning. ... show more
