Alright, everyone here is a skeptical person so this is gonna be an honest review. Vacuum feature: I don't particularly care for it. My floors are tile and full of dog hair and toddler snacks, unfortunately this vacuum feature doesn't work for my floors but that's ok. The mop feature? Love it. I haven't mopped my floors in months, don't judge me we have all been there. And when I first used this I thought ah it's white tile floors that you can see dirt on, if it was really that bad I would see it. WRONG. my first tank was g r o s s. The reviews are true you cannot use this machine like a vacuum or a mop you have to go a little slower, but the machine pushes for you all you have to do is hold it. Yes the water tank is small, my house is 3b 2 bath 1400sqft and everything is tile aside from the bedrooms. To clean the main rooms takes 2 tanks. If I want to clean the bathrooms that would require at least 2 more tanks. The good news is that it's so easy to take off and clean and get new water and cleaner and keep on going. I did not time myself in my cleaning so I cannot confirm if this machine does die in 20 minutes. I imagine if your home is larger you might be off put by this product due to how many times you need to fill the tank and the run time. I love that it's very simple to take apart and clean, very minimal clean up time afterwards. If you are picky about the roller brush being dirty I suggest buying extra. It takes about 2 days for the roller to fully dry and it only comes with 2. It also comes with 2 smaller bottles of cleaner, but only requires 1 cap full per tank. The ONLY downfall I have found is the output tube for floor cleaning has dog hair residue that cannot even be cleaned with the self cleaning option. I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about that later on or if it will cause any issues. This really is a good buy, it's lightweight, effective and simple. I waited a couple months before writing my review because I wanted it to be fair. I'll address some of the other common comments first: Yes, the tanks are small. It's a small vacuum. If you want a bigger tank, get a bigger vacuum. There's photos & a description that says 0.6 Liters. If you buy this expecting a bigger tank, that's on you. Yes, you have to clean it after every use. I assumed most people clean their vacuums after using them, so I'm not sure why this is a big deal for some. It has a self-cleaning button. Hit that, let it run, then empty everything. It takes less than 5 minutes to clean it properly. It's not a deal-breaker. It's not "exhausting". It also doesn't take longer to clean the machine than it takes to clean the floor. That's a bit dramatic. My review: The battery life is great. I can do my entire downstairs, roughly 1200 sq ft, on one charge. It says the run time is 35 minutes but it's at least an hour on a full charge. I do have to refill my clean tank a few times, which isn't a big deal. I empty the dirty tank maybe twice, then do self-cleaning & clean everything really well before putting it back together. It doesn't leave streaks. We have hardwood and vinyl flooring and it works great on both. It picks up everything with 1-2 passes. Dried mud from the dogs gets 2 passes. Someone said dog drool takes 5-6 passes...if that's the case you're probably not using it right. My only complaint: it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards. There's about an inch gap between the vacuum and baseboard. I have to get my regular mop & go around the edges of the room. It's not a deal-breaker for me. I only use the Tineco solution, so doing the baseboards allows me to use PineSol or Fabuloso. I needed something I can use on a heavy cleaning day or on a rainy day to get the dog prints up. This does both. I can mop the kitchen & clean the machine in 10 minutes before bed at night. I don't dread mopping anymore and I use it more frequently than I thought I would because it's convenient. I saw this on Tiktok and dragged my feet on buying it because of the price tag (also my husband was convinced that our swiffer steamer was doing a great job). Finally bought it because my daughter is crawling all around the house now and I am SO glad that I did!! My hardwood floors looked clean but my Tineco is STILL picking up lots of dirt after multiple laps. This is super lightweight and wireless so mopping is easy and kinda fun. The water tank is small but I can typically mop 2 rooms before refilling it and it takes seconds to refill and empty the dirty water tank. Doesn't leave streaks and dries quick. The battery does die pretty fast but I can mop my whole upstairs on one battery, then it takes about 4 hours to charge (the only con to this thing for me, because I just want to keep cleaning!). I clean mine after every use, each piece is easy to clean and its not too time consuming. There is also a self clean function (I usually run it twice). Overall, just based on how quick and thoroughly this thing cleans my floor, better than ANY mop or scrub brush I have ever used, I HIGHLY recommend it. Especially if you have hardwood floors because this really deep cleans all the crevices. A must have if you have little ones at home. If you're on the fence about it, just buy it!
