Conditional 5 star (been in use for 24 hours). Easy to setup. Took 10#s of clumping clay litter been using which is great. Cats using it by evidence. All the cats? That IDK. Also don't know how often have to empty with 4 cats using. Probably will pick up a second for upstairs only cat. Will update review if product doesn't last long. Note, does not have an app to monitor. Did not want an app, just unneeded sensors to break. ETA: If box "turtles" (upside down) then "used" box/bag is full. Normally box does not 100% turn over when cleaning (why I chose this product). Also lights will be solid on. No instructions stating "turtle" means "full", but lights do. No instructions on how to "fix" "turtle" but easy to do. Turn off (unplug). Clean up used litter normally. Use side buttons to open like full cleaning and pull box. Wipe any clinging litter from undersides, put back upright in proper format. Plug back in and reset normally. It was a little over 3 days for it to do this. We have at least 4 cats using it. ETA2: Added picture. We officially have 3 now. Here are two in the utility room. Yes, they are big. Kind of the requirement as we have large cats. No worse than prior boxes using. Yes, they are open top. Another requirement as we have formal feral cat who does not closed in spaces. Also requirement that should a cat hop in while moving, never trapped. Not loud. Cannot tell when a cat has used without checking dump box/bag. Only question now is "will they last". Also does work with long electrical extension, a requirement.

My cats wait in line to use this. I have way to many cats for 1 . Will need 2 buy more later. Xferal cats wait in line to use this. Just got yesterday and ive watched them fill up the bag in bottom. Scooped all boxes in house dumped put in fresh litter and they prefer this box. Best purchase ive ever made. My cats went From homeless to rich fancy self cleaning litter box
