This litter box is the best! Easy to assemble and move around. Unit is quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning the waste out of the box. My cat took to it quickly and actually seems to be fascinated by it! Had an issue with the box not auto cleaning after my cat used it and contacted customer service via email when I couldn't resolve the issue. They responded quickly and on the weekend. Great so far! 3 cats use it daily. I need to upgrade to a better clumping litter. Excellent for the price. Easy to assemble and operate. Haven’t noticed any cat smell. Runs quietly and starts a couple minutes after the cat gets out. What I don’t love is the amount of litter they track out, its worse than the traditional cat boxes but this comes with a mat to capture but its too small for my cats. ... show more

Probably not the best for multiple cats. But it does ok for that. Couple things, one of our cats gets a kick out of watching the drum turn, so she plays in it to make it go. When she plays in it, it ends up needing reset- which we have only been able to get it to reset through the app when this happens (has to have the weight reset). She digs the litter out as well and they all tend to kick it out when they cover up. I think it would be better if the box was deeper so that when they kick, it would stay within the enclosure. I think this would also make it more difficult for her to play in it and pull the litter out. If we had fewer cats, or perhaps didn't have one that was a menace, I would be great. ... show more

Bought this as a family Christmas present and so far it has been the best gift ever. Easy to put together and our two cats took right to it. It has completely removed the cat box order and the best part is that the mobile app lets me know when the bag needs to be pulled or litter needs to be added.

Initially, it worked well, but after a few weeks, the device tended to get stuck and stop working, to the point where I became angry and disconnected it from the app. It seems the manufacturers designed the product to be more controlled by them than to facilitate pet care. The product's purpose is supposed to enhance and simplify litter box cleaning, not complicate this task for pet owners.😤😡😖 ... show more
