This litter box has been solid so far. It runs quietly, cycles reliably, and does a great job keeping the smell under control. The cleaning mechanism actually works and doesn’t leave clumps behind, which is more than I can say for a lot of these auto boxes. The app is simple enough and the notifications make sense without being annoying. My only note is that the interior space is better suited for average sized cats, not the big, fluffy types. The build feels sturdy, the design is easy to wipe down, and the waste drawer is simple to empty. Overall, a good upgrade from a manual box and a big win for keeping the house cleaner with minimal effort.

I bought this litter carpet specifically for my Litter-Robot, and honestly, it works amazing. This isn’t my first time buying it either — I keep coming back to the same one because it actually does the job. My cats always track litter everywhere when they step out of the Litter-Robot, and without a carpet it ends up all over the room. With this carpet, the litter stays contained so much better, and my floors stay clean way longer. Great quality, super practical, and definitely worth the money!

This litter box is a game changer. Works well with keeping litter clean and the area odor free. My kitty took to it right away. It is fairly quiet and has safety features built in so it won't cycle if it senses a cat inside. You can set the "clumping" time before it cycles. It is set to 2 minutes by default which I left since it seems like a sufficient amount of time. It was easy to connect to WiFi and the app you download on your phone tells you when the litter is insufficient, if there's a cat inside, cycling, etc. It's very easy to change out the litter bag, too. Just pull out the drawer, pull up the bag strings and you're done. I've had it about a month and so far very happy with it. Why pay triple the amount for other brands when this one works great?! Recommend this product!

This litter mat does a great job catching litter. It has a second layer of fabric on the bottom, so the litter stays put. You can either toss the litter back into the box or in the trash. It keeps my floors clean, covers a large area and doesn’t slip on tile. I like that it has velcro to make the double layer mat stay shut! Highly recommend!

So, I like the larger capacity, and wifi functions. The noise is relatively low and the opening is larger than the average, alone with the collection tray below is abou 20 to 30% bigger than the average. I like the drawer in the front over machines whose collection bin is in the back - much easier to change the bag. Putting it together from the box will take about 15 minutes or so. But once assembled, it seems to stay put together, and comes with the special foil tape to seal seams in the upper pod. Now for what I didn't find as satisfactory: Being that the opening is bigger, the odor tends to come out more and there's no compartment to add a scent deodorizer pouch. As such, you might want to get an additive to put in your litter and / or sprinkle in the collection drawer. Also, the top pieces are designed for easy call removal and cleaning, so moving it requires picking up from bottom handles.

We had it about a month and it broke. It just kept flashing the light that there was a cat in it and we couldn't fix it. This is the second one we had that broke too soon for the cost (last one lasted less than a year).
