I do not recommend buying this product. It’s almost impossible to assemble because none of the parts align correctly. I spent nearly two hours trying to put it together, and the app was just as frustrating. The interface even has sections that aren’t translated, so good luck trying to understand what they mean. Connecting it to my Wi-Fi took days and most of my patience. Even after it finally connected, the app still says the device is offline, so I have no idea if it’s actually working. With the app not working, I basically just have to hope it’s running properly in the background. I bought this because I travel for work and needed something reliable, but it’s completely useless if I can’t view or control anything through the app. Save yourself the headache and look at other options. This is easily the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. I’m seriously considering returning it—though unfortunately I already wasted too much time trying to get this thing to work.

We have owned several self cleaning litter systems. This is the only one that delivers exactly what they promised. It is quiet and efficient. Our litter use has dropped significantly. No more nasty scooping of litter every day. This does it all for us, saving us a great deal of time! The system is easy to clean, is attractive and has a large space for our cat to do her business. It is safe, effective and efficient. The parts are easy to clean and we rarely smell the litter. Five stars all around. The unit will pay for itself by reducing the amount of litter we use. We highly recommend this product!

So, I like the larger capacity, and wifi functions. The noise is relatively low and the opening is larger than the average, alone with the collection tray below is abou 20 to 30% bigger than the average. I like the drawer in the front over machines whose collection bin is in the back - much easier to change the bag. Putting it together from the box will take about 15 minutes or so. But once assembled, it seems to stay put together, and comes with the special foil tape to seal seams in the upper pod. Now for what I didn't find as satisfactory: Being that the opening is bigger, the odor tends to come out more and there's no compartment to add a scent deodorizer pouch. As such, you might want to get an additive to put in your litter and / or sprinkle in the collection drawer. Also, the top pieces are designed for easy call removal and cleaning, so moving it requires picking up from bottom handles.

This litter box used noticeably less litter than my other boxes. without affecting how my cats use it. The outside footprint is smaller so it saves space, but the inside still feels roomy because they have reduced extra outer shell, not the actual litter area. I also really like the one pice soft plastic liner instead of fabric. it doesn't soak up pee. ( my cats like to pee on the edge) and it is verry easy to wipe clean. overall if comfort for the cats~

Super easy to set up, took just a few minutes. The space inside is large enough, even for multiple cats. The app works great and makes it very convenient to monitor and control. The litter is filtered really clean, almost no smell, and cleaning has become so much easier. High quality and totally worth it and highly recommend

The interior is way too small for cats to be comfortable in. Our cats are only sized between 8 and 12 pounds and you could tell by watching them that they were extremely uncomfortable. They could just barely turn around to cover their waste and two of them hated digging prior to doing their thing, and digging prior is normal. Besides, it broke and jammed so stopped working all together leaving quite a mess since that happened overnight. We found a small broken piece when we took it apart to clean it to return it.

This litter box works great, kitten took to it right away and keeps a clean non odor litter box. It was a bit trying to put together and I had to unplug it after I got it working to do a hot reboot.
