I got in January now October. Battery has been failing. Now will not last thru an 8 hour day. Disappointed I would expect a refurbished phone t9 last at least a year if not 2. This one was unacceptable after 6 months.

Had order a 256GB Phantom Black version on Tuesday & it delivered very fast on Thursday on the exact day I have the day off on. I recommend to not use the charger they give you for free, if you have some extra money highly recommend you to buy the usb c to usb c wall fast charger plug to get the full experience of your feature of the product. Phone came in really great condition also was unlocked just like it describe. For my petty complaint I wish I didn't have to go through FedEx if I choose a seller that has Amazon Prime I rather get it delivered by Amazon not FedEx because they don't know how to get access to our gates most of time and the listing of the product has a error when you select the 256GB version of this, I was worrying to much lucky a Amazon employee break it down all to me. So yes I got the product I always wanted the new Galaxy phones even if it's three years old I love the new build quality of the S21 series & higher so glad to own one. Coming from a Galaxy S20 FE to a Galaxy S21 Plus was worth it, even if I losses the ability to put in a Micro CD card slot. ... show more

I decided to wait a few days before writing my review...and my phone came from RE-CELL. First off, I ordered this the Friday before Labor Day. Estimated arrival date was the following Friday. They shipped it the VERY NEXT DAY (Saturday). So, I had high hopes of getting it early. I was pleasantly surprised to get it on Tuesday! The condition was amazing. Not a scratch on it! I went into the phone info to confirm it actually was the s21+ with 256GB storage....and it is. I bought black because it was cheapest and I was getting a case anyway. It came with a charging cord, wall plug, and the tool to open the SIM card door. No issues with setting up and it's unlocked so I saw the change right away in my phone plan. Battery lasts all day with lots of use, unlike my old phone. I also appreciate that it was packaged snugly to avoid damage during delivery. Great phone and great job by RE-CELL on the fast delivery! I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of the phone before my 17 year old absconded with it, but for the "acceptable" condition I was expecting, this was in great shape. There were minor nicks on the body of the phone, but they were negligible and got covered with a case anyway. The screen was perfect and, though the phone came completely uncharged, the charge port had no issues and the included cord worked great. My only complaint is the battery life is pretty terrible. While the screen was probably replaced, the battery clearly was not, so I'm not sure how long my son will be able to keep this phone. I'm not terribly upset because the phone was less than $200, but be warned that you are buying something that may only last you a year and you WILL need a battery backup because it dies in less than 6 hours with very minimal use and in about 1.5 hours with fairly steady use. ... show more
