I think this is my 4th or 5th "smart" or automatic litterbox. The previous ones have all died after 3-9 months of use. I have only had this one for a month but I am noticing a couple of things I really like about it that the others don't have: - The *huge & deep* waste bin is excellent. A lot of these boxes have huge bins but they're wide, not deep - meaning the litter quickly piles up in one spot then starts to clog the machine. The depth on this box lets it collect much more litter. - The entire thing can be taken apart. No I'm not talking about removing the drum - I'm talking about splitting the drum itself in half and ripping apart every part of the machine. This is great for long-term use and for helping keep it smell free. - The app is far better than the other apps I've used for litterboxes. It feels less janky, doesn't show me some generic smarthome app from overseas with 500 different products, and has great visuals to show you how many times a day your cat is going & when the bin is full. I'll update this in a few months if this one ends up breaking too, but so far so good. (P.S. Assembly is more involved than the other options on Amazon but is nothing crazy). ... show more
