I've been hesitant to buy an automatic litter boxes as I've always been under the impression they were more of a haste that they are worth, but let me tell you, this guy here changed my mind!! I decided to give this unit a shot after a friend recommend it to me and im so glad I did! Scooping litter was one of the worst things i needed to do, but not anymore! This guy is sturdy, not noisy at all, very easy to take apart and clean, and the look and feel of it is just fantastic. It was packed incredibly well and feels like a nice, solid, unit. Assembly took all of 2 minutes. Oh, and it works great too! Absolutely love all the functions and safety features as well as the app controls. Overall, incredibly happy and would absolutely recommend!

Man this litter box is a game changer for real, big capacity so I don't have to empty it every single day. My cat can go in there a lot of times before I even think about cleaning. App is easy to use, I like it so far, no glitches no slowdowns, just open it and there you see everything , how many times my cats been in , times , when its full, all that. I have been using bentonite cat litter with it, works perfect, budget friendly, not dusty, no mess. This thing isn't loud either, you can hear but nothing crazy, it doesn't wake me up from my sleep, pretty silent. Super easy to swap the bag, its at the bottom takes like 20 seconds and you are done. Price was correct for me and save me a lot of time , so worth purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I come at this from having the 1st Littermaid model 20 years back. This thing is waaay better. 1st: packaged solid and damage free. Easy to assemble. Seriously you insert legs, put the tumbler inside, put on cover, fill litter, install litter tray and pad, plug in and done. It uses Tuya app, and the best interface for Tuya is Smartlife, which I already have for my IOT lights. Easy to add in the M2, app found it fast and worked thru the options. remember that most app enabled devices seem to only work on the 2 GHZ network, no 5ghz, so switch your phone over to configure. Operation is quiet, and the the drawer moves easy in and out. You pull the draw out, app says drawer out. With the my robotic one from years back it was awful. Cat would go, countdown starts, it scoops. Then another cat goes cuz it's clean, the rest would go oh fresh box! Every time one would break the beam countdown restarts, 3 cats load it up and it has to grind that out all at once. Burnt that motor out. One of the settings on this is how long to count down.. I set it for fast as possible. Worried about the thing working and a cat gets in and endangers the cat? Don't! The sensors are very very sensitive. My youngest dumdum decided to step in it during a scoop cycle, and it just stopped immediately. The app even records all the events, and gives you the weight of the cat, and all sorts of other details. I got 5 cats, so that weight thing doesn't help until I figure out which cat weighs what. It's quiet. The drawer fits lots of waste. I think 2 of my cats are still afraid, but the other 3 seem to go in and use it. And when it activates, they all go running in to watch. It's been about 3 weeks and the litter looks fresh and I only added 3 scoops into it. The pan isn't full, it doesn't smell. I'm not even using the scent thingy it comes with. All in all, I like it and I hope all the cats start using it to make my life easier.

This is my 3rd automatic cat litter and I am quite satisfied with its performance. It tumbles clockwise/counterclockwise without closing the entrance what minimizes accidents that seem to be common and deadly. It has been almost 2 months since purchase and It reduces the amount of times I need to clean it. The regular cat litter box I used to clean daily, I have 2 adult cats, and deep cleaning every week. Now I only need to deep clean every 7-10 days, no more daily maintenance! I tried clumping litter but it has not worked as well as the crystals, somehow the urine smell is stronger with the former. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the tray inside does not let the urine drip, I believe a mesh would work better instead of what it comes with. I do use diluted clorine to remove the smell from the tray. Hope this helps.
