I adopted two kittens this year and, being new to cat ownership and working long shifts—I was dreading litter box maintenance the most. After researching a dozen options, I took the plunge with this model. I’m genuinely impressed. Setup took under 10 minutes. The instructions were clear, and once connected to the app (yes, only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, but that’s common), I was able to schedule cleaning cycles and check fill status remotely. It’s oddly satisfying seeing logs of each visit—especially being able to monitor their weight and bathroom patterns while I’m at work. The box is quieter than I expected. I’ve had it running overnight just a few feet from my bedroom, and it’s never once disturbed my sleep. Both cats adjusted within two days. One was immediately curious about the rotating mechanism (which safely pauses when they approach), and the other just uses it like any regular box. The waste drawer has lasted 8 days with two cats so far, and still has room in it. This isn’t a small device, but it fits neatly in my laundry room and takes up no more room than a laundry hamper. It also looks clean—not something I thought I’d say about a litter box. Pros: Extremely easy to set up and use Smart app works well, offers helpful insights Impressively quiet, even during night cycles Great odor control—even after a week Generous waste capacity, good for multi-cat homes Safety features work perfectly Cons: Pricey up front but extremely worth it High entry/exit lip—may need a mat or stairs for smaller cats Final Thoughts: If you’re constantly on the go or just tired of scooping, this unit really delivers peace of mind. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS LITTER BOX!!!!! The errors continue with no resolution. I was out of town for several days and returned to a disaster. The litter box was stuck upside down in a cycle, therefore preventing the cars feom entering. Thankfully, my back-up standard litter box was there. However, it wasn't being cleaned due to being out of town. A complete mess. Also, when the drums does rotate (still with the anti-pinch error of course), it throws litter everywhere. Litter comes out of the cracks and seams of the plastic drum, and fills up the inside of the machine between the drum and the outer case/housing. The cats have still not used it since this. Waste of money, waste of time, and has actually been MORE work than a standard litter box. It might be too soon to tell, so I will update this review if my opinion changes or if I decide to return it. Every time the machine tries to clean, I get an error message about anti-gravity pinch and it stops mid-cycle. The manual/instructions are terrible, and it just says to clean the sensor on the bottom. Where is the sensor? How do I clean it? On a positive note, one of my cats seems to use it better than the other so far. I am leaving a normal litterbox until I can be confident that the error messages are resolved and that both cats will use it.

I love this litter box. It works exactly as expected. It's super quiet and big enough for a large cat. The cat sensor is excellent and immediately stops operation when my curious maine coon cat pops his head in to inspect the cleaning process. The app doesn't allow you to track each cat individually but considering the price of the unit against its competitors, I can live with that. It records the weight of the cat and the time in the box in the operations log. That's enough for me. You can customize the interior light color and brightness. I turn mine off since my cats aren't used to having a light in their box. You can also customize the cleaning interval (number of minutes to wait after the cat has finished before running a cleaning cycle) or run in manual mode, if your cat is skittish about the cleaning process. The waste bin is high capacity so if you go away for a week, your box can handle the waste of multiple cats. I have three cats and this box works well for them. You could absolutely get by with one box for three cats. However, I like it so much I'm getting a second one, one for upstairs and one for downstairs because that's what my cats are accustomed to. The box is well built, sturdy, easy to set up and easy to operate. It's definitely a great value for the money. I highly recommend this litter box! Two paws up. =)

I've been hesitant to buy an automatic litter boxes as I've always been under the impression they were more of a haste that they are worth, but let me tell you, this guy here changed my mind!! I decided to give this unit a shot after a friend recommend it to me and im so glad I did! Scooping litter was one of the worst things i needed to do, but not anymore! This guy is sturdy, not noisy at all, very easy to take apart and clean, and the look and feel of it is just fantastic. It was packed incredibly well and feels like a nice, solid, unit. Assembly took all of 2 minutes. Oh, and it works great too! Absolutely love all the functions and safety features as well as the app controls. Overall, incredibly happy and would absolutely recommend!

This is my 3rd automatic cat litter and I am quite satisfied with its performance. It tumbles clockwise/counterclockwise without closing the entrance what minimizes accidents that seem to be common and deadly. It has been almost 2 months since purchase and It reduces the amount of times I need to clean it. The regular cat litter box I used to clean daily, I have 2 adult cats, and deep cleaning every week. Now I only need to deep clean every 7-10 days, no more daily maintenance! I tried clumping litter but it has not worked as well as the crystals, somehow the urine smell is stronger with the former. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the tray inside does not let the urine drip, I believe a mesh would work better instead of what it comes with. I do use diluted clorine to remove the smell from the tray. Hope this helps.

It's okay...not without its quirks. #1 If you have a large cat (13.5 lbs), they can poop on the inner rake or even with their rear hanging out of the box! #2 You can't just add litter as it's used. You have to replace it entirely. Not doing so can cause it to get gross real quick even if the "old" litter seems fine. #3 If poop gets stuck on or in the inner rake, you have to take the whole thing apart and clean it. #4 and our newest issue -- Cat had his rear hanging out of the box and poop dropped down onto the inner drum, meaning when it turned, it also ran the poop along the inside with it. #5 Cat throws litter out of it, so I'm constantly having to run the roomba to vacuum it up. Def wouldn't run it before looking for rogue poops!! LOL Other than all of those issues, it seems great. Beware, its much larger in size than one would expect. When it works, it works great and smell is significantly better....just wish I could fit it somewhere other than my living room. Might have to buy some holiday decor to dress it up as a feature for Chrismas.

This is one of the best litter boxes my cats will ever have the privilege of using! It’s set up is ingenious & great for both single or multi cat households. When I see things that could potentially injure my animals, I make sure to thoroughly test them out. I put this one through the rounds. Let me tell you… A quick shoe tossed into it, my hand crossing through, just the weight of 2 fingers on the edge: All of those made the rotation stop, telling me that my cats current & future including to overly curious ones will be safe using this! I have one that is similar and it like it fine as well, but this is becoming my new favorite. I added a video of it running a cleaning mode triggered by me & showing that I only need to wave my hand inside the litter box for it to stop its rotation. There is a several second pause before it begins the rotation again. I am satisfied that any size kitties or children wont be hurt, even if they get close while the box is sweeping out dirty litter. What a fantastic device with the smart features over wifi as well. I never could have dreamed how to put it all into one machine, but my kitties are glad to have these! Sorry, I couldn't get any kitties to appear for a cameo when I was taking pictures and videos of their box. Its probably because I dumped all the litter out. Either way, you get the drift on how it works.

I really wanted to love this but I ended up giving up, cleaning it fully and discarding it. Pros: - Safe for you and cats, doesn’t close the entrance off, and if it’s bringing to spin and clean it will stop if something pokes inside the entrance - Easy to set up and control - Cats took to it okay Cons: - It’s very large on the outside, which makes it more difficult to find a good place for it - It’s way too small INSIDE, my 9lb cat couldn’t really turn around in it so she would walk inside and spray her urine out of the entrance, getting urine all inside the small spaces in between plastic pieces, and onto the trash bin underneath… my 20lb cat had an even harder time and used it minimally, preferring the regular cat box instead. - Cat little sticks to the walls and gets stuck under the grate, so it makes the space smell WORSE because there’s urine soaked litter open to air all the time. - Cleaning the dirty litter stuck in the crate and on the bottom part was difficult and gross. Wet litter isn’t supposed to get stuck inside the grate, that was for the clean litter to hang out while the dirty litter is dumped in the trash bin… - It was difficult finding a litter that worked well with this product. Pine pellets are my favorite because the urine just turns the pellets into saw dust and it doesn’t stick to anything - much easier to clean, cheap, and biodegradable. This obviously didn’t work well with this box, so I tried walnut litter because it clumps. It stuck to the walls, grate and bottom when the cats peed on it… using clay litter just isn’t an option for me - it’s nasty and it’s not biodegradable. The products manual and info sheet did not specify types of litter, I had to come back to Amazon just to see, and that wasn’t even that helpful. - The trash bin 🤢. Our litter box got stuck in the middle of cleaning itself all the time, and the trash bin would be open to air, which is NASTY because then you have feces and urine soaked litter that’s been sitting for DAYS (because you can wait like a week or two before dumping the bin) smelling up your house. - Cleaning it was the absolute worst part. Never again.
