We have had the umbrella up for a week or so, and we love it! 10 foot umbrella throws a lot of nice shade, and I just love the solar lights - not to bright but nice ambiance. Love the color! My only small complaint is that the switch for the lights are at the end of one of the umbrella tips, and being vertically challenged that I am, I have to lower the umbrella a bit to operate the switch. No biggie. Have not yet tried the tilt function because again, vertically challenged at 5 feet tall and I can’t reach it, lol. You may not have this problem. Also like that there is a built in Velcro strap to secure it when closed (no bungee cord necessary). All in all, we are thoroughly enjoying this umbrella. ... show more

I've gone through at least 3-4 outdoor patio umbrellas within the last few years, and I have to say this is hands down the best one I've purchased. Right off the bat I saw the quality of the material, where it won't tear or rip easily. Next, the solar lights that are built in are absolutely amazing. It lights up my patio table at nights well enough where I can have dinner with friends and family around the table without having to worry about turning on additional lights. During our very first use, the umbrella completely bent at the base during a moderate wind gust. This was great spring weather in Texas and not abnormal conditions. By the time we managed to pull it out of the umbrella hole, it had nearly sheered off at the base. We really liked the look of the umbrella, but unless this one was defective, I would never recommend due to the lack of durability. As we ordered in the offseason, and are no longer in the return window, we are requesting a refund or a replacement from the seller. If the seller refunds/replaces, we will modify the review from 1 star due to acceptable customer service. ... show more

We absolutely love this! High quality. Love the lights. Only downfall is light switch is up high instead of on the main pole so for someone shorter it I harder to turn them on and off.

This umbrella is really great. Well put together and the lighting is perfect. Only drawback was the poles were made of some kind of durable plastic...I just inserted the umbrella pole into my metal pole that was already in place and is working fine. Well worth the investment. Love the solar lighting
