I’ve been using this self-cleaning litter box for about a week now, and I’m honestly amazed at how much easier it’s made my life. The 95L extra-large size is perfect. Even my larger cat fits comfortably inside, and there's plenty of room for them to turn around. The automatic cleaning function is quiet and works flawlessly. This is my 6th attempt at an automated litterbox. I've had multiple versions and they have all been mediocre at best. The flat style w/the rakes end up clogged and I constantly had to scoop stuff it missed. There was one you hooked to water w/a dryer that made the whole house smell like baked cat poop. And cleaning them all was terrible because it was so much work to empty the used litter. This one though...this one works! The cat uses it, about 10 minutes later it cycles the waste into a drawer. Once a week (it could go 2 but I just do it every trash day) I hit an empty button that dumps all the used litter into the waste drawer w/the clumps. Close the drawstring on the bag and reset/add clean litter. No scooping, no struggling w/emptying litter, no stink, no hassle. And the cat is happy because her box is always clean. It's spendy but to me worth it because it works and saves me an hour and a half a week doing a task I loathe! ... show more

had it about a week so far. i really like it overall but here’s what i don’t like: 1. can’t change the weight from kg to lbs (at least not from what i’ve seen) 2. weight is not accurate, says a completely different number every time (i bought 2 so it’s not just one, both do this) 3. had one issue so far with the sensor where some litter was covering it and it wasn’t working properly until i cleaned it. other than these things it’s been amazing and has made things much more convenient. for the price and quality, as far as litter robots go you can’t beat it. i’m so glad i don’t have to scoop litter boxes anymore😅 ... show more

I just purchased this May 26 or 28th of this past month and after coming home from a two day trip and having the neighbors take care of our cats, I the house absolutely REEKED of ammonia. I changed out the bag and used a fine mesh scooper to get the rid bits it regularly misses thinking that was the issue. Well today, I took this machine apart to throughly clean it, and noticed there was already a small whole puncture, presumably from a cat nail, even though I cut their nails on a weekly basis, in the litter tray towards the back where it reads MIN/MAX part ..and underneath the tray once removed, was a good foot by foot Spot filled with saturated, but really mushy looking litter. So either the hole in the tray caused the leak or it was escaping through the back cracks somewhere. Having my house smell like a litter box defeated the entire purpose of purchasing this robot ..I’m trying to figure out where I can get a replacement litter tray that fits this thing. Really irritating I have to replace this piece, if I even can, not even a month after owning it..Hoping the seller reaches out and offers a new tray replacement to me. Guess we’ll see! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The sensors work perfectly, detecting when the cats have finished and cleaning up within minutes. Odors are almost nonexistent now, and I don’t have to scoop anything now. The waste drawer is easy to empty and clean, and the unit runs quietly.
