I like this automatic litter box. It is not too big and not too bulky as a more expensive brand. I also like that it doesn't rotate to to clean. The rake that does the cleaning has worked great, so far. This litter box has really saved my back. It has been a blessing to me. my regular maintenance is taking the bag with the soiled litter out of collection bin and putting in a new bag. Easy.

Honestly I waited till we had it a bit to review when we got it it had several scratches on it making it appear pre used even though we bought it new. But as we used it it seemed like a pretty good box until now we have had it for lest than a month and part of it is already broken... kinda disappointed for the price of this thing I know it is not the most expensive on the market but I still would expect more than a month's use...

I have had this product for a couple of weeks and I am very impressed. I had a different automatic cleaner and because of the turning mechanism my taller cat would get left over dirty litter on his back. This one does not spin to clean. I do not smell it and I have to remember to change out the litter bag. My cats are cleaner. The packaging was professional and it was easy to put together, just a few steps.

Not too happy with the bits that's left behind, a little overpriced now that I think about it. The app is not translated well, but I was able to mess with a couple settings that makes this product usable. I like the UV light idea to kill the bacteria though. Not my best purchase but I already bought it so I have to use it. Edit: I have to say the customer service was top tier, excellent. They reached out to me to resolve my issues and were very attentive and offered advice and course if action. It's hard to find good customer service these days, so I really appreciate them reaching out to me to help me. I'll be watching out for more products from this seller. Good job to you and your team!

I hate this robot, it doesn’t clean the litter all the way and it keeps malfunctioning. I’ve o my had it two days and it has been malfunctioning since. The only good thing is the app.

I’ve had this self-cleaning litter box for a few days now, and it has truly been a game-changer. It works exceptionally well—our cat started using it immediately after setup, and it does a fantastic job of keeping the litter clean while effectively separating waste. The odor control is impressive, making the room smell much fresher. Cleanup is incredibly easy; once a week, I simply pull out the waste drawer and dispose of it in the garbage—so simple! I previously owned a more expensive model that cost twice as much, but waste often stuck to the inside. With this one, there’s no sticking, it’s more compact, and the odor control is just as good. It’s a simpler, more effective product at half the cost—brilliant! Setting it up was easy, and it has been working flawlessly. The cleaning operation is quiet, and I gradually introduced my two skittish cats to it by placing it next to their old litter boxes for a couple of days. I transferred some old litter into the new box to help them associate it, then initially used manual cleaning mode to avoid startling them. Once they were comfortable, I switched to automated cleaning mode, set to activate 10 minutes after use. I highly recommend this litter box.
