Warranty Description: SureGuard warrants to the owner of each its products that if the laminate, fabric or zipper becomes damaged within a period of 10 years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, SureGuard will replace the protector provided the care instructions have been followed. The warranty covers the protector product only. Purchase receipt must be retained and presented to validate the warranty. For commercial purchases (non-household purchases) the warranty is reduced from 10 years to 2 years. All conditions and exclusions still apply. Exclusions - the warranty does not cover (i) Protectors that have been neglected, mishandled or abused; (ii) stains or other damage caused by nail polish, inks cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, chemicals, alcohol or dyes; (iii) stains or other damage occurring prior to or during delivery or while the mattress is in or being moved into or out of storage or being moved between residences; (iv) stains or damage caused by, or the result of mold or mildew; (v) damage caused by animal beaks, teeth or claws; (vi) stains or other damage caused by or related to fire (including water damage), smoke, flood or other natural disaster, theft or vandalism, or any other loss that is covered under an insurance policy; or (vii) stains or other damage caused by structural problems or appliance malfunctions such as, but not limited to, leaks from the air conditioners, skylights, roofs water heaters or water pipes.

I will be posting a very similar review for all of the encasements I just bought, from 2 different companies. 1) I was more than a little worried about what I would be getting. I read a ton of reviews on a ton of these, and the 1-stars were really scary. 2) I was more than pleasantly surprised. These were EASY to use. Other reviewers definitely helped there! 3) The material is excellent. NO plastic smell or sound whatsoever. My review: I bought 2 box spring encasements (one from SureGuard), and one mattress encasement (from SureGuard) and 2 sets of pillow protectors, one from SureGuard. I padded the frame slats with strips of heavy old towel taped with a 2-sided poster-hanger material. Then I used a heavy staple-gun to staple same towel to the corners of the box spring. The bottom wood of the box spring can be stapled into, but NOT on a side or bottom surface, by pushing the stapler into the fabric, and angling it down into the wood. That avoided stables that could rub a hole through the encasements. Then I stood the box spring on end, and slipped the encasement over it CAREFULLY. I rotated it end for end, so I could carefully zip the encasement. Then, leaving that end up still, I slipped my other encasement over it, and repeated the flip and zip. I was careful in sliding the first one over so as to not dislodge my towel padding. Both fit the box spring perfectly. I did the exact same thing for the mattress. It, too, fit perfectly. Lastly, I did the SureGuard pillow protectors. They looked a bit odd, like they were going to smell and feel like plastic, but nope! Worked perfectly! The zipper on one was buggy. I wound up turning the protector inside-out to start it, then flipping it back rightside in and inserting the pillow. All's well that ends well! I then put different "fully cloth" pillow protectors over those, for a pure cotton base. NONE of these encasements or protectors smelled bad. One had a FAINT smell to it, but I had to, quite literally, push my nose into it. But once on, no smell at all. None, much to my relief, because I get massive headaches from chemical smells like dryer cloth, soaps, plastic chairs, etc. They all fit snug, zipped perfectly, and look REALLY nice on the box spring and mattress! ... show more

I'm giving this cover 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ even though I didn't get to use it. I ALWAYS prewash new bedding (Saw a documentary on bedding manufacturing...whoa). Everything about it felt quality. The Terry/nylon top "would" have been perfect for hot summer sleeping & the 360⁰ fit "would: have kept it in place. I'm a restless sleeper & hate when the corners pop off. After washing I had it on the line to air dry. It was so brilliantly white that it attracted a passerby who just couldn't resist. Hope they had a full size mattress. I'll get another next month. This time I'll have the dog in the yard... just 4 fun...lol I still recommend getting it. ... show more

Very nice mattress protector. Fully encompasses the mattress on all 6 sides. Product states will fit 9 to 12 inches. My mattress is 10 inches thick and it fits loser than desired with some wrinkles. That may be why it was soooo simple to put on. But it's all covered up with fitted mattress pad and fitted sheets. ... show more

Great product! I have this on all of the beds in my home. It’s kind of a pain to put on, but it’s totally worth it. Waterproof and keeps stains off your mattress. I’ve had one of the cases for 10+ years now. It’s worth the money.

I love these mattress encasements. They are MUCH better than the typical plasticy ones. These have a terrycloth top side that does not crinkle or feel like plastic at all. They are very quiet. I would compare these to Saferest (the benchmark, in my opinion), but feel slightly thinner. These come in more size options than Saferest, which I needed due to having a thinner mattress. These are available in multiple depths, so it's much easier to get an accurate fitting cover. The also fit true to size. My queen mattress, combined with a 3" memory foam topper, measured at 11.5 inches thick. The 9-12 inch encasement fit PERFECTLY! ... show more
