This is an awesome way to keep all papers in one spot. Its think and able to be easily stored. Holds a lot of papers and cards securely. Size of a laptop which makes its completely moveable.

This is a practical organizer for keeping important documents together and portable, but my testing showed that it should not be considered waterproof. It holds standard 8.5-by-11-inch documents and has plenty of smaller slots for items such as credit cards and a passport. The interior zippered accordion section provides 13 separate document spaces, making it easy to organize papers by category. There is also room for other important items, provided they are relatively thin, since the binder does not expand. Before placing anything valuable inside, I tested the advertised fire and water protection. It included a small material swatch for fire testing. The swatch did not burn, melt, or visibly deform, which was impressive, although it absorbed considerable heat and remained hot briefly afterward. It appears that it would provide some fire protection but it doesn’t resist the heat very well so any prolonged exposure will be a problem for any of its contents. The binder floated when placed in a sink, so it may provide some protection from rain, splashes, or spills. However, when I submerged it, bubbles quickly escaped from several areas, including around the spine. When I opened it, water poured out, and the entire interior was wet—including the zippered accordion section. Based on that test, I consider it water resistant, but definitely not waterproof. Overall, it works well as a portable and organized alternative to a large safe and looks professional as a work binder. It’s very durable and could also be useful in dusty environments or for real estate agents, estimators, and others who regularly carry paperwork between locations. It’s a very good value for the money, just do not rely on it to protect documents during submersion or significant water exposure.

Right out of the box, I was impressed by how sturdy and secure this safe box felt. It is advertised as waterproof, although I haven't tested that feature myself. I did appreciate that it came with small samples of the fireproof material so you can test them instead of having to trust the claims or risk damaging the safe itself. I thought that was a thoughtful touch and gave me extra peace of mind. The safe includes a removable file organizer that makes it easy to keep important documents neat and accessible. It also comes with sticky tabs for labeling the folders. My only complaint is that the sticky tabs are slightly larger than the folder tabs, so they extend over the edges and can stick to items behind them. It's a minor annoyance, but not enough to outweigh the overall quality of the product. There are also several storage options inside, including large and medium mesh pockets as well as smaller pockets designed for cards. I was able to organize all of our passports, birth certificates, wills, vehicle titles, and Social Security cards in one secure location. The included three-digit combination lock is convenient because there are no keys to keep track of or lose. This safe box has been a major upgrade from my previous one, where everything was tossed together in a single pile. Now, all of our important documents are organized, protected from potential fire or water damage, and easy to find when we need them. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This fireproof document box is compact, lightweight, and easy to take on the go. It’s well designed, the lockable zipper closes smoothly, and it has plenty of room for important documents without being bulky. I was a little skeptical that it was truly fireproof because the material is lightweight and doesn’t look like what I’d expect from a fireproof safe. However, it comes with a small sample piece of the fire-resistant material that you can test yourself, which helped build my confidence. Overall, it seems durable, is easy to travel with, and offers great value for the price. If you’re looking for an affordable way to help protect your important documents, this is a great option. It has multiple pockets to keep your things organized. The color matches the product image. Seems to be durable and hold up with everyday use if needed.

This review is for the: Fireproof Document Safe Box, Waterproof for Important Documents, Fire/Water Resistant File Box with Lockable Zipper for Travel, Home & Office, Organizer for Passport, Bill, USB Drive, Cards, Firebox -- by Vonsera MEDIUM SIZE Flat Black outside with textured skin. Great for storing important documents. Size is 11"x15 " - Many sections and a assorted color accordion file folder makes it easy to group, arrange and find 'stuff'. Well constructed. Fireproof - includes a sample of the textured black skin so a burn test can be performed. I question heat resistant - a container that does not burn but contents bake, become crispy or worse is only half way there. Waterproof - I did not submerge. The clam shell closes tightly, contact areas appear to seal, zipper appears very well sealed where it meets and has a layer that seals over the track very tight however I question if where the two zippers meet and neither of these seals are n play if there is a chance for water to seep in?? The lock mech was smooth and operated well, though another component that I wonder about if submerged. Overall a good home or travel document case and priced well.
