4.0 out of 5 stars Significantly better than hearing aids
My grandfather struggles to hear with his hearing aids, but not with this! We wanted something rechargeable since batteries for them can be expensive and the charge on this thing lasts all day! Our only complaint is the loud screeching sound it makes until you get it positioned properly. I couldn't stand it to put it in my ear, but he manages so he can hear better once it is in. Overall we would probably purchase again.

5.0 out of 5 stars This particular amplifier is wonderful. It is very comfortable.
I have marginal hearing loss in both ears. My first hearing aids were very expensive, needed lots of TLC, and spent a lot of time traveling back and forth to a service center. A couple of years ago, I decided to try some of the much less expensive "hearing amplifiers". This particular amplifier is wonderful. It is very comfortable. I write reviews as a hobby and try to provide the best assessment I can of any item I buy from Amazon. If you like my review, found it helpful, or just want to offer some encouragement feel free to like my write-up and follow my profile. Thank you. Be well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice, reasonable, hearing aid
This unit is slightly big for my ear especially with my glasses. However, it can be adjusted to fit snugly in the ear to prevent it falling off. I do like the noise cancelling feature, it is extremely helpful. Overall, for the price it's a great unit. It recharges so your not constantly buying batteries. This is a great feature as well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Upgraded hearing aid for our dad
We got this hearing aid for our 79yr old dad for Christmas. This was to update his current hearing aid that he uses randomly to hear any important breaking news. He says it's an improvement but he's also getting use to playing with the setting/modes which he is not familiar with. Will update this review in the future if anything dramatically changes.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works well for the price
I have been wanting to try one of these for a while, and my wife bought this for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. It does amplify a bit more background noise than I would like, but the different setting help with that. Overall it is a good device and I will continue to use it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for price
I am hard of hearing in one ear and needed a device to help me comprehend speech. This is super helpful and I really love it. I’m still getting used to it, trying to find the right setting and size ear thing for me, but all in all I am very happy with my purchase
