This is a good amplifier/hearing aid. I’d rate it a bit better than the majority of mid range aids. Primarily it amplifies sound. But this also has 4 programs for different sound scenarios. I keep this on level 1 the majority of time for 1-on-1 conversations and TV. I REALLY avoid large group situations, such as restaurants, because I’ve found most inexpensive aids just don’t do well in those environments. They could work for those who have lesser hearing problems. What I don’t care for is the charging pod. There’s no cover on it. The aids can be unseated easily. Then there is a separate box for storage or travel. I have another set of hearing aids that has a very handy charging pod. The pod also has a cover attached to it - so it’s used for charging but also serves as a storage box and travel case. I far prefer this charging configuration. Takes 3-4 hrs to charge and can run for up to 30 hours. Good usage. Good basic aids for good price. ... show more

These hearing aids are like my old fashioned ones, the only difference is these are rechargeable. They're comfortable to wear and easy to use. They come with a storage case, a charging base, four dome ear buds and set of flange your buds. There's also a two spare tubes. I don't know if they will run 40 hours on a charge, but they did run two days without a charge. These are sound through tube and not RIC (receiver in canal). There is no Bluetooth with these. As of September 16, 2025 the $50.00 coupon makes these are great deal. The sound quality and noise cancellation is pretty good, I would rate these about a nine. The only negative thing I found was with the charging case. I would like to see a little cover to protect the openings but I'd guess sticking a cotton ball in the open slot can do the same thing. These are excellent for a first time user or those on a budget. ... show more

I got these for my husband who has slight hearing damage. He said they are ok to wear. Might take some getting used to on his part. He states that it does slightly help him to hear but that trying to adjust them when they are being worn is a little tricky. So, we took away a star for ease of use because of that issue. We also don't like the charging pod. There is no top on them. So, if our cat knocks into them, they pop right out of the box and stop charging. They are light weight and are pretty comfortable. these are solid and well made. they charge relatively quickly. easy to apply and works well. has standard volume adjustments. the ear buds fit well but i would like it if it would be a little more snug fit. the charge does seem to last quite a while but it could be better.
