Works good enough, though it does have an awkward hump near the lower back, so be sure to use a pillow for full comfort. Posture is important after all.

The chair was easy to put together. It gives great back support and is very stable. It moves silently and smoothly as well. The only complaint that I have is that the lower lumbar area has a huge lump there and I don't think it's supposed to be there because there's not one on the other side. It makes it hard to stay in the chair for extended periods of time, but a back cushion solves that problem. I love the massage feature is definitely a bang for your buck especially if you're on a budget. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Value Value for money: DO NOT BUY WHEN I CLICKED ON RETURN, IT SAID I WAS DEALING WITH THE CO. COMPANY FOR THE RETURN. COMPANY SAYS IF I CAN NOT LOCATE A CARRIER THAT ACCEPS RETURNS VIA THEIR COMPANY I WILL HAVE TO USE ANOTHER CARRIER AND PROBABLY WILL NEED TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. Also, if I won’t return of my payment, I must notify them of the tracking number. They do not give a phone number or email to send them the tracking number I guess I could mail the tracking number to the address that they showed on the return but the tracking number would reach them after the return got there When I tried to chat with Amazon about it, it said that item was not returnable! My chair’s mechanism for lowering and raising the chair did not work It was unable to get the back of the chair screwed on either the screws were too short or the cheap wood, and it wouldn’t hold the screw. If the screws at the hell that have been an awful lot of pressure on that chair pulling out on each side and it would’ve come off. So they’re not by this chair from this company ... show more
