These hearing aids were ready to go and are just what I needed. My husband was getting tired of me turning up the TV to hear it and then the Ads would be even louder! I lost a lot of my lower level hearing years ago at work. It's even hard to hear my youngest daughter so I'm hoping these will help so I don't have to say WHAT? all the time! I turned the TV down to half what I had it set on and could hear it with these hearing aids! The cones it came with almost fit so I changed to another pair, they have about 10 different sizes. Very happy with them. They are small and fit in the ear well, I can hear clearly including the AC when it kicks on! Each one has a small button to adjust the sound. They go back into the little box for USB charging, come with charging cable, charging box, fit cones, wipe, brushes & instructions.

I've been wearing hearing aids for the past 20 plus years these by far outdoes the two pairs of$5000 hearing aids that I have in my drawer now, this by far was way less money and I could hear better then with my old hearing aids . I would recommend these to everybody to give him a try they are great. Very easy to control the volume with one button pushing. They fit very nice in your ear canal , I like the design of them.

It is so nice to hear again! Easy to insert and to amplfy. Small feedback when ajusting, but nothing horrible. I paid over $2000 for a pair from a hearing store and I hated them. These are moneys well spent. Except now I can't ignore my husband.

I have severe hearing damage especially in my left ear, over the years i have tried many over the counter hearing aides and found that they all hurt my ear in one way or another and they tended to be staticky. I have had the left one in my ear for quite a while now with perfect fit and no discomfort in fact I really don't notice it other than i can hear much better! Now my big problem is going to be getting used to a noisy world, it has been muffled for so long. They have great value for the money paid, so I don't expect them to have the same features as a $1K pair!

I went to miracle ear to have my hearing checked. After being told it would cost $3,000. I came home and researched hearing aids on Amazon. It is easy to install and use. Now I can lower the volume on the TV a lot! It was easy to install and use. Very happy with my purchase. Much more affordable.
