Here's what's good about this trampoline: It is very easy to assemble - it took my husband and me maybe two hours start to finish, and they include gloves and spring stretchers for two people to use (very thoughtful). The trampoline portion seems sturdy enough, and I appreciate that ground stakes are included to help with that. The bolts and nuts are a standard size and easy to replace if anything gets lost or damaged - we were able to find replacements at my local hardware store. Also, it includes every single accessory you might need - ladder, pads, even a rain cover. Many other companies charge extra for these items, so this is a particularly good deal (and was one of the deciding factors for this purchase). Here's what's not so good: The net is kind of a mess. The net itself seems durable enough, but the cord included to attach it to the trampoline base doesn't stay tied easily. I ended up replacing it with velcro zip ties (you could also use plastic zip ties, but I find that the velcro ones hold up better outside). After owning this trampoline for a couple months (during which it saw daily use from my 3 kids), every single bolt holding up the net portion snapped or bent so severely that they needed to be replaced. Several of them were also already rusty when I removed them. I'm pretty handy and good at following assembly instructions, so I'm reasonably sure this is a problem with the actual hardware, especially since it was every single bolt, not just one or two. The other downside is that when this happens, the company is impossible to find, and Amazon doesn't appear to sell replacement hardware for this product. As I mentioned above, the bolts and nuts are easy enough to replace, but some of the other hardware looks pretty specialized, so I hope I don't have to replace any of that. After posting my original negative review (below), the company reached out to me and offered to send me all new hardware, which they did quickly and free of charge. While I really appreciate the prompt response, I'm still concerned about the durability of this product. I'm also concerned that this company appears to have zero internet presence off of Amazon's site - I would happily have reached out to them directly in the first place and even would have purchased replacement hardware myself if they had a website or any way of reaching them. I do appreciate a company that cares about making things right, though, so I've changed my rating from one star to three. I'd probably go up to four if they had a website or something that made it easier to find them. Overall, this trampoline is worth a shot. It includes way more stuff for the price of similar products, and the customer service is pretty great if you can find them. Beware, though, that you may need to do your own repairs and troubleshooting when it comes to the net in particular. I hope the company can make some adjustments to a product that could be a really great value. And I hope they build themselves a website so they're easy to find when things do go wrong because their customer service is great. Here's my original review: I purchased this trampoline two months ago, and my kids have loved it. They have jumped on it nearly every day. Still, I did not expect it to break so soon. Yesterday, I discovered that every single bolt that holds up the net enclosure has snapped in half. Every single one. One or two I could chalk up to user error or manufacturing flaw, but every one seems absolutely unacceptable. Of course, there is no way to purchase replacement parts or contact the company. My kids can't use it as it is no longer at all safe, and I worry about the longevity of the overall product. I should have purchased a more expensive trampoline from a reputable company.

After lots of research and reading many reviews i decided to go with the 12ft trampoline from ORCC. A big factor was the fact that it has a max capacity of 400lbs where most others are only rated for 300lbs. I wanted to be sure this wasn't going to collapse with all 3 of my kids in it at the same time. Everything is very sturdy and assembly is basically dummie proof. It took me (female) exactly 90 minutes, starting with opening boxes and laying all components out in the yard. This can easily be assembled by one person. I simply needed to recruit my 9y old daugter to hold sections of the frame in an upright position so i could slide all components together in place. Easy as that. The kids have been in it all afternoon and enjoy it tremendously. Thumbs up from this momma UPDATE - 02/04/2021: Well, i am not impressed at all. We have had our trampoline for 14 days and it is falling apart. UPDATE #2 - 03/01/2021: I was contacted by the manufacturer who apologized for the faulty jump mat. There must have been an error which resulted in the ripped loop. A new may arrived in the mail just a few days later and i couldn't be happier. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

I just received the trampoline today, and was able to put it together myself, and I’m a petite woman. So far, it seems very sturdy. All of the boxes arrived together, and all of the parts were there and everything was packed very well. I anticipate we’ll enjoy this trampoline for years to come as we plan to disassemble during the winter months, and we won’t wear shoes on it. The instructions are very easy to follow, and can be assembled in less than an hour, especially if 2 people work together. Be sure to follow the directions about how to put on the springs to make sure the tension is equal all the way around. Even the ladder is very sturdy. I also think the price was good especially since it’s rated for 400 pounds, and compared to other trampolines that cost more and are not as high weight capacity. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again!

I spent years in my head, should I buy a trampoline? How would I put it together (I’m a solo parent). Finally just bought it. Asked a friend to help me out it together but thought I’d just take all the parts out to get it ready to build and within one hour I had put it together myself. It was easy. I’m 5’4” and not the most patient putter-together person and this was easy and fun and the best thing I’ve gotten the kids maybe ever. They are so psyched, I am so psyched! And sometimes when I get home late at night from work I stick my air buds in and I jump around and I love it!

We didn’t realize this item shipped in 3 separate boxes. We received 2 boxes and both FedEx and Amazon stated our item was delivered. After submitting an inquiry about our shipment, Pearl reached out and advised the 3rd box was on its way. Pearl reached out again to advise the last box should have been received, and to advise if we hadn’t received it. We were surprised to see the attention given to our inquiry. As for the item itself. This was put together with an 11yr old, 6yr old twins, and 5yr old helping me, all within a few hours. It’s definitely a two person job, but not hard. The item is very sturdy and the kids have been using it daily.
