I really wanted an in the ear style but never found one that worked well for me. This one is low cost and effective. The ear domes are easy to switch, unlike others I've tried. The EQ button works fine. I only needed one device and this fit the bill.

These rechargeable over the ear hearing aids work better than expected and allow you to hear again without having to guess what others are saying. They are a universal set and should fit most ears without issue. Since they are over the ear, they are noticeable on wearers with short hair, however if you need these, function is more important than fashion. The bonus with these being slightly larger and over the ear is that they are easily adjustable for volume and can be adjusted without much fidgeting. A charge on these hearing aids lasts all day and can be recharged while you are sleeping so they are ready to go for the next day. The sound quality is good and you can hear loud and clear in most situations with the noise reduction feature, however crowded and noisy environments can be a bit more difficult for personal conversations. If you find that you or a loved one is having trouble understanding what is happening during a conversation, you might find that these sound amplifying hearing aids are what is needed.

I bought this hearing aid for my grandmother, as she prefers the over-ear style for stability. She said it secure when bending over or going out, unlike in-ear models that she felt slipped easily. The device is easy to adjust, with controls located behind the ear, and each ear can be set independently. The earpiece size is adjustable, and I replaced the silicone tip with one that fit her. She uses it daily during meals and conversations, and it works well, she can hear us and we don't need to raise our voices. The battery life seems reliable so far, and there’s no sharp noise, which was an issue with some other devices.

Over time I have noticed I have to turn up the volume on the TV to hear certain sounds or having to ask others to repeat what they said. I did have a hearing test several years ago and had an issue with certain tones. I see this offered and decided to give it a try. I like the color it blends in with skin tone. It comes with a couple different dome tips to see which one fits in your ear the best. I charged for several hours before giving it a try. It has four different modes that is supposed to adjust to different environments with noise cancelling in the aid to cut back on background noise I take it. After a full charge it says will last up to 24 hours of use. Well, I think I got close to 14 hours out of a full charge. You can hear the difference in the sound as more of a static or distorted noise seem to come in. Kinda like rubbing your hand across a microphone, that sound. Not to mention the three loud beeps that go off in your ear, WOW! I have tried all modes didn't like any, I really hear no change, so I use the social, conversation setting for most. I keep it around the lowest setting because I have mild hearing issues, maybe up to one at most on settings. Any higher you get a sound like you are inside a barrel. I understand things sound different when you are new to hearing aids and may seem louder than normal among getting use to sounds you haven't heard. "The Training Method" Trust me I ask good Ol' Google a lot of questions when I first starting using this as well as friends that I have that wear them daily. Not sure if being a two channel it doesn't adjust or cancel out other noises, this is all new to me. Not my cup of tea so to speak. Closed in areas it has bad echo, and static noises. There were times I did hear things clear and sharp just not enough to override the bad I have experienced with the device.

When I ordered this for my fatherI was under the impression that this was a hearing aid. This is however, an amplifier. It amplifies someone's speech and the sourrouding noises. Although my dadf can hear us better with it he also complained about sometimes it is hard to make out what we're saying due to the fact that the background noises were also amplified.
