I love all of the things that came with the ukulele! I’m so excited to start learning! The ukulele came with a chip on the bottom, so be weary of shipping and handling care. Also, be careful with the zipper on the case for it, it seems kind of cheap and easily breakable. Otherwise, pretty good value for money! ... show more

Summary if you dont want to read the below: Condition is great, everything came that was promised, it looks really nice, and you can get some extra freebies if you register it. I dont know how to play yet so I cant provide valuable input on performance. Long winded review: Disclaimer: I'm new to ukuleles, so the biggest value I can provide is my review of condition, aesthetics, and general impression. I'll also upload an unboxing video to make it abundantly clear what comes with this. Visual: I love the color/stain. Its a very dark espresso-ish color, and has a very schnazzy classy look to it. Condition: Perfect. The box had been crunched a hair in shipping as you can see in my video, but there is zero damage or impact that i can detect on the stuff inside. I also appreciate that the box is custom shaped to the instrument which helps avoid having stuff shifting around in shipment. There is a saying, "If it shakes, it brakes" which is wise guidance, and so I appreciate the extra effort put in to reduce this. I'm sure a Pyle was motivated by decreased shipping materials, but it works out great in the end for everyone. As described: Yep... not much to say here, but everything came as advertised. Plus it appears if you register it with Pyle, you get some extra accessories like extra strings, a clamp thing, and more soft picks, which is pretty cool. Performance: My opinion here doesnt matter, as I'm new to ukuleles. Heck, I'm new to stringed instruments too, so that makes my thoughts even less valuable. My wife is excited though, and she's more well versed in the stringed category. Hope this was helpful, and good luck with playing whatever you buy! ... show more

    • My First Ukulele!
The media could not be loaded. My First Ukulele! AND That's something I didn't expect to be saying any time soon! So, I'm not a musician nor am I a ukulele expert. As a matter of fact, this is my first one. I'm just killing Covid time and spending too much money on Amazon! It must be said that this is a $60 purchase so your not really buying a "concert" uke. But, you are getting a decent instrument though - imo. It's definitely not a toy, looks sharp, stays in tune and appears to be well made and all wood. With some care I'm sure it will last a while. The added tuner was a nice touch, super easy to use and fun to teach the kids how to tune an instrument. You can use this for other instruments too. I did wish it had a glossy finish, but after researching that - flat/no gloss appears to be a thing. It sits in our living room and people cant help but just pick it up and play with it. I've bought other Pyle products and I consider Pyle to be a decent buy for a decent price, no more or less. All that said, we can't play anything on it (b/c we dont know how yet) but we are all having fun trying. If you are looking to pick up a weird hobby, this is a good one, and this Uke is a good choice! ... show more
