Hands down, the most beautiful ukulele I have ever seen. The web page photos do not do it justice. The acacia gloss finish is perfect and the black trim complements the design perfectly. The abalone ring with tones of gold and black is a nice touch. The larger body creates fantastic resonances. Tuning is a breeze with the built-in electronics, and they even sent an extra pair of batteries. Comes with a case and a nice set of goodies, including a 1/4" cable to connect to your acoustic amp. A real bargain and a real competitor to the more expensive models on the market. Can't imagine ever needing to upgrade to anything else.

Just tuned it up (built in tuner) and it sounds GREAT! No buzz and nice action. Looks great too. And included a bag, picks, extra strings, etc at a good price. Unplugged it's loud and clear and just as good through an little practice amp. This is a bargain.

I was really on the fence and nearly sent this ukulele back. First impressions, beautifully matched top, sides, and back. A little thick on the finish with some minor imperfections. Played well with good action, intonation, and tuning stability. Volume is a bit on the low side and tone is decently musical with surprisingly good sustain. My biggest gripe was the easily overloaded preamp. All frequencies needed to be at zero and the volume barley on to get a signal that would still distort the preamp if your dynamics got even slightly away from you. Also the D string was barely audible in comparison to the rest of the strings. The onboard tuner was accurate enough. I thought perhaps the preamp was just faulty. Since I really liked the woods on this particular ukulele, I decided to find a drop in replacement to try to remedy the distortion. Installed the new preamp and there was no change in signal quality. I pulled the piezo and found that it was the rod style. I decided to try a soft copper braided style. This was the ticket!!! The output of the piezo was slightly lower (think vintage vs hot guitar pickups) and allowed full adjustment of EQ and gain. The piezo was designed for the length of a guitar bridge, so I just drilled a second hole on the opposite side of the saddle route. This also assures that the string output was even. I did have to shim the saddle due to the replacement piezo being slightly thinner. Overall the modifications I performed solved my issues, but might not be in the scope of someone lacking diy/luthier skills. Great ukulele out of the box if you don't need to plug it in. So Caramel, if your listening change to a braided copper piezo and you have a product punching well above it's price.

Gorgeous instrument, well made, eye catching, onboard tuner works well and easily. They include extra batteries and loads of other things and supplies. Love the design on the shoulder strap included. Clear tone with adjustable neck which is so nice though it arrived set perfectly so that feature may not be all that since they did such a great job building this thing. They’re out now, hope they restock these - so nice!

Very good sounding, warm tone, and very good craftsmanship. Once the string stretch, it stays in tune. Overall I definitely would purchase again. I guess I have to say I did ! I bought my wife the same one. She really likes it. We're both learning together, kind of " she's better at it then me " but it's fun. The first song she learned was "Amazing grace "

This uke is a great deal. Beautiful solid wood with a nice finish, built in electronics powered by a small CR2032 type battery, with a case, and strap. It sounds really nice. Plays like the 4 top strings on a guitar. I am very pleased with this, especially for the meager price
