Hands down, the most beautiful ukulele I have ever seen. The web page photos do not do it justice. The acacia gloss finish is perfect and the black trim complements the design perfectly. The abalone ring with tones of gold and black is a nice touch. The larger body creates fantastic resonances. Tuning is a breeze with the built-in electronics, and they even sent an extra pair of batteries. Comes with a case and a nice set of goodies, including a 1/4" cable to connect to your acoustic amp. A real bargain and a real competitor to the more expensive models on the market. Can't imagine ever needing to upgrade to anything else.

A good buy considering the price, and what's included in the package. Besides the baritone ukulele, it comes with an ukulele wall hanger, ukulele strap, pick up cable, picks, 2 extra bridge pins, a cloth, a soft bag to carry/store the ukulele, an extra set of strings, although the extra strings are for the tenor or smaller ukuleles :(, a tool to help change out the bridge pins, and truss rod tool. The baritone ukulele is not solid acacia. It's thin wood(?). The reason for the question mark is because when the ukulele was unpacked, there was a very strong chemical odor coming from it. Why the chemical smell from something that is supposed to be wood is beyond me, but I'm not going to be negative about it. The smell went away after airing out, and the instrument looks ok. Sounds okay too, not "plastiky" like some sopranos, and even better when fingerpicking. So far, the tuner and pick up work. If you plug in, remember to turn off the tuner if you don't hear sound coming from your amp. The tuner has a tiny little button on it for turning off and on. 18 frets on the board, which works fine for me. No sharp edges on the fretboard. I like the carved-in "Caramel" logo, very nice look. The ukulele also has mounted strap holders on it, one on the bottom of the ukulele, and one located on back bottom of the neck. The saddle can be easily removed since it's not mounted in. Tuners are okay, and the ukulele holds its tune. The batteries (2 - CR2032), are already installed, and go in the pickup end, but the battery case cover is extremely difficult to open. I also bought a tenor ukulele at the same time from this company and encountered the exact same problem with the battery cover. The D string already came unwound at the end, but I intend to change out the strings anyway. I can live with the minor flaws, and although I wouldn't buy this for any professional player, this baritone has some nice features, and the best being the low action. It is very easy to play, and would make a nice gift for someone if you change out the pickup with battery case.

Very good sounding, warm tone, and very good craftsmanship. Once the string stretch, it stays in tune. Overall I definitely would purchase again. I guess I have to say I did ! I bought my wife the same one. She really likes it. We're both learning together, kind of " she's better at it then me " but it's fun. The first song she learned was "Amazing grace "

I ordered a Caramel Concert sized Uke on Black friday. It was a fabulous instrument at a fantastic price! I finally took the plunge and ordered my first Baritone Caramel. It is amazing! The sound is incredible. It was almost in tune right out of the box and it is holding a tune already. I've only had it for two days! All of the accessories are an added bonus, especially at this price! The acacia wood is beautiful, the tone is great. I'm happy with a laminate instrument as the humidity levels fluctuate throughout the seasons in my house and the laminates are much more durable. I'm going to be dragging this uke with me everywhere I go, I love it so much!

The media could not be loaded. This ukulele is absolutely stunning and sounds like $1,000 ukulele. I was in Hawaii testing out ukuleles there were thousands of dollars and this one beat them all. Trust me it's worth the money buy this ukulele

Just tuned it up (built in tuner) and it sounds GREAT! No buzz and nice action. Looks great too. And included a bag, picks, extra strings, etc at a good price. Unplugged it's loud and clear and just as good through an little practice amp. This is a bargain.
