I lucked out and am pleased with this stainless prep table. I read most of the reviews and came across one which included abbreviated, excellent instructions to assemble the table upside down and to remove the surface film from the edges toward the center. But like many others, my table had a rather large dent along the edge of one end; still, I was able to hammer it almost flat and cover it with a bamboo stovetop cover/chopping block the same width (30") as the table I purchased. Both of the long sides (48") sag a bit from the center but lay almost flat when I put all of my weight on the board. Hopefully, with time and a bit of effort, I'll be able to smooth the center out until it's not so noticeable. Overall not perfect by a long shot, but serviceable. ... show more

Pros: this cart was very easy to assemble, it rolls and locks very smoothly, and it is much more sturdy than I thought it would be. The extra storage space the lower shelf provides is nice because I put my countertop dishwasher on top and my air fryer on the bottom. It also has a very clean look and is easy to wipe down when it gets dirty. Cons: Personally, this cart is very tall. I do not use it for prepping, I use it to put my countertop dishwasher on because our new place couldn't fit it in any of the existing countertop areas. The height of this table was excellent and works for all as we are more than 5.7’ . We did not peel off the plastic as it helps in easy cleanup. The wheels help us maneuver the table as per the sun hits the space with every season change. We recommend this product.
