These are soft and springy, and once they’re in, they sit nicely without digging into my ears. I can wear my hearing aids all day and pretty much forget the domes are there. The closed double-layer design gives me a tighter seal, which for me means a little less background noise and clearer voices, plus fewer random squeals or feedback. Each dome comes in its own small, sealed packet, and you get two packs (20 domes total), so I don’t have to worry about running out when it’s time to change them. These domes are compatible with Oticon and Flay-go hearing aids, They are a "Double-layer Closed" design, also referred to as 'power' domes, which are generally used for moderate to severe hearing loss to provide a better seal and reduce sound leakage. I started wearing hearing aids this year and discovered my two ears are not alike lol. One ear canal does well with one size dome, and the other a little larger. As far as quantity and quality, these are a good silicone as other's out there, but I think you get more, 10 instead of 6-8. It's a double cap design. 6mm is a hard size to find so if you know you need this size you're in luck. The sound was clear and snapping it on the receiver was like always, no extra pressure or fumbling around. Being a white/clear color is also nice as the one's that are black are very noticeable if you look at someone sideways.

I love these! I can wear my hearing aids all day now without my ears hurting. They are much softer than the original ones and don't go as far into my ear canal. They fit perfectly and are easy to install, staying securely in place. They work well for hearing and are a good value. I will definitely be buying more when I run out.
