I bought this in-ear hearing aid set to be an inexpensive backup for my more expensive over the ear set. They're becoming my primary. There are pros and cons. I'll start with the cons. First off, they're more visible. Secondly they've got to be taken out to turn the volume up or down. The pros far outweigh the cons. The sound quality is significantly better. First There's absolutely no scratchy tones (which I'd gotten used to). And since they don't go over the ears my glasses don't rub across the tubes. Secondly The case is positively tiny and yet it seems to hold several days of charge. Thirdly, they're secure and comfortable. I haven't had the tube pull out or any issues with any discomfort. I don't always notice that they're on until I recognize that I can understand the conversation around me or the story on the TV. I'm able to truly hear again and it's wonderful!
