Going back a number of years ago, I wore only white running shoes (called gym shoes at the time). Christmas of 2016 my husband surprised me with a pair of Asics shoes in primarily coral. My first reaction was "Not white! Oh My God, they have to be returned.", but I tried them on so I didn't hurt my husband's feelings, and they were so comfortable. I am retired now, but when I worked at a job, I always matched my shoes and purse to my outfit. I discovered these shoes matched some of my t-shirts. The next day, I ordered a pair of Asics shoes in primarily red. Since Christmas of 2016, I have never worn white shoes again. Now I match my t-shirts to my shoes and even match my socks to my shoes. Incidentally, I still wear the original shoes from 2016, 8 years ago. They are starting to look worn, but they are still comfortable, and I still wear them. I have since bought Asics shoes in a number of different colors to match my t-shirts. I bought this pair in black/soft berry to replace a pair I bought in 2017 that are black/purple. The darker berry color is very similar to the purple in my old shoes. I still wear the older shoes, but wanted something that didn't look worn when I go out. I also bought the blue expanse/light sapphire shoes in this style, which I also love. As we all know, blue can be in different shades and have different tints. So, it can be difficult to match blue shoes to an outfit. Most of these shoes are a dark, true blue, and the accents are light blue and royal blue. So, these shoes would go with most shades of blue. These are now my favorite blue Asics shoes. The colors pictures on the Amazon page are exactly the colors of the shoes you get. As always, both of these Asics shoes are comfortable and fit perfectly in my normal size. The tops of these shoes don't look so much like mesh, which I like. I have tried other brands, but they have never been as comfortable and supportive as the Asics shoes, nor do they last as long. I wear this style and others in the Asics shoes all day, gardening outdoors, cooking in my kitchen that has a hard ceramic floor, and working on my basement garden on a concrete floor. My feet never feel sore or tired at the end of the day. I also like that these shoes "breath". Whether I am wearing wool blend socks in the winter or thinner socks in the summer, my feet are always comfortable. Personally, I would not waste my money on any other brand, nor would I subject my feet to uncomfortable shoes. I do recommend these shoes without hesitation. I hope this review was helpful for you.

These shoes have plenty of room for your toes. Nice thick soles. Good traction. They fit very well. I wore them on a 4 mile walk this morning. Right out of the box. Great delivery! ASICS is my brand!

Update: I had went up 1/2 size from my normal size. They were too short. Sent them back and went up a full size. That didn't work out either. My feet were slip sliding around in them so I tied them tighter to prevent that. Because they were tied tighter my right foot (the bunion foot) went numb. Back they went. My quest for shoes I can tolerate continues. After a lifetime of being on my feet for work my feet have grown and have gotten wider. I also have a bunion which makes finding shoes I can tolerate extremely difficult. I went up half a size in hopes that this strategy would work out. It probably would have except that these shoes seem to run small... my toes were touching the end and I'm sure my feet wouldn't have tolerated that after awhile at work. Even though I ordered a wide size they also seemed to be a bit narrower than the wide shoes I do have. It was more like they were hugging the middle section of my foot but that felt tolerable. The cushioning is awesome though; it feels like walking on a cloud. I had to send these back because of my toes being all the way to the end issue. I've ordered a new pair a size larger than what I normally wear. Fingers crossed that will work out for me.

Bought this to replace my asic gel venture six shoe as my feet have changed since buying the them. I went up a size and ordered wide width. Pros: my toes no longer it end of toe box Wider width more comfortable Cons: no to very little arch support Does nor provide medial lateral support like The Ventura 6 did and heal is not as provide Support I would not recommend these shoes for running or long distance walking. They are sufficient for short distance walking, yard work which I will now do. Disappointing they didn’t provide me the support and hat my previous Assics did

Bought these sneakers in all black for work. I stand on my feet the majority of the day and have arthritis in my left foot. The gel comfort in these shoes are the TRUTH. It balances out your weight so there is no negative pressure on your knees or feet. The shoe hugs your foot and has an appealing look. I loved it so much, I came home and bragged about it to my mom and ordered her a pair for her Mother’s Day. I will be ordering another color for my everyday use. I haven’t ran in them yet but I trust it’ll be as comfortable as walking or standing!

2 months ago i had a mild heart attack and couldnt walk for about 2 weeks that was devastating because i have 2 husky mix dogs who live to roam when i was cleared to walk again all my shoes were uncomfortable i dont know why but they didnt feel rite and i felt out of balance i normally walked my guys for about 3 hours thru-out the day we loved it and we all wanted to get back outdoors so i bought 2 pairs of walking shoes both over a hundred each had to return them they were ill-fitting so i tried these asics gel infused really not expecting much but still hoping size was perfect the toe area was rounded so that made it better and the support was great i could fit my own inserts in them for extra comfort well altho im not allowed to walk the 3 hours we used to we walked for an hour and i was balanced and no pain in my calfs it was great you cant take anything for granted walking my buddies means alot to me and them and theses sneakers really made the difference
