Update: This is very serious seller who cares about their customers. After I wrote to them, they actually help me with my complaint. Thank you. The material is very thin. The color is not good on the sunny whether. If you will use on the grass, any trash or dry grass it’s stick on it, I recommend to clean very well area before and add some structure more before. I can’t return because I realize about the quality it is after using our pool on it and it’s full of water now.

Very disappointed in the pool pad. It’s no where near the thickness it shows. Basically a big round piece of felt. There is no cushion to it. May end up returning it. Above was my review of the actual pad I had received. Since that time, the company has been in contact with me. Customer service gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s They were quick to resolve the issue. I will not hesitate to order from this company in the future.
