The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: 7/2/25 The box has exceeded my expectations in comparison to the LitterRobot3. Smell control is absolutely superior only giving a scent when the waste receptacle is full. I've been a cat owner for more than half my life and evolved from plastic boxes & scoopers to automatic sifters to high tech like this and Litter Robot. So, trust, when I praise odor control. The odor control gel is great. The sifter catches all little reminants. I highly recommend. Only wish I'd 1st seen the model that came with the air purifier. Reliable, quiet, clean & odor free. My cat became a little wary of the scooping automation after a few uses, but I adjusted the clean cycle to be delayed more. He isn't skiddish any longer and uses it without a thought. Original May 2025 So far so good. We had a LitterRobot3 since our car was a kitten, but in 5 years, we went through 2 boxes. With all the sensor malfunctions, I wanted to see if another auto litter box would suffice in the same or less price range. We were happy with the functions of our last box, so this one will take getting used to. This one seems to have more parts. This unit came assembled with little set up time and connecting to the app was easy. It rotates/ cleans litter upward, not sideways like LitterRobot. Will update my review after we see how things go. However, 1st day was a success. Uploading my cat's 1st use so others can see the unit size in comparison to my cat. So far, I like how quiet the unit is when it cleans.

We have had this for 6 months and it is a great automated litter box. It works well and is consistent. It also has nice features. As our cat is one of those who scratches everywhere except where she needs to in order to cover her poo. This litter box has a feature for that built into the settings as an option. So when you select that option, after the cat does their business, the box gently rocks back and forth and actually covers the poo for the cat! Once it does the rocking bit, it completes the clean cycle and dumps the waste into the bin. For our cat, we have to change out the collection bag about once a week, and about every two weeks I need to clean the drum. The reality is that while I think this helps and is a great step-up from regular litter boxes, none of them completely eliminate maintenance. The only difficulty in cleaning this unit is the drum is large, but I see large drums on every automatic cat box. The drum is not heavy, but if you want to wash it you will need to place it in a tub or take it outside. Most of the time all I need to do is use Clorox sanitary wipes, I've only had to actually wash it once.

Five stars all the way! After dealing with a normal litter box, this one blows you away! There’s absolutely no smell (bc they have a little fragrance thingie inside the trash bag area), it cleans itself pretty well (you still have to check it at intervals and clean the inside edges where it slides the waste), and the app tells you how much your cat weighs and how often they use it. It’s pretty quiet, the size is about what you’d expect, it seems sturdy so far, and it comes mostly assembled out the box. This thing is worth every penny spent! If you’re on the fence, DO IT. You won’t regret having one, and it’s helped tremendously with keeping track of when to change the litter. You deserve an easier way to deal with cat poo.

(This will be "THE REASON" that you will regret buying) ** THIS IS YOUR CHOICE TO CHOOSE TO UNDERSTAND THIS PRODUCT - PLEASE PREAD BELLOW When did I buy: 5 days ago from this date. Here's why I rated so low: 1.) CONSISTANT MALFUNCTIONS 2.) CONSISTANT CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS 3.) RUSTING PARTS 4.) INSTRUCTIONAL MANUAL IS NOT ACCURATE TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE What was the problem with the product? Answer: a. There were too many annoying issues to constantly unable to solve minor issues; therefore, I had to watch approximately 10 videos online as to what the issue could be. b. Had to constantly take apart and put it back together > resulting with malfunctions that would not be able to fix it self. c. Being a tech person myself and understanding that there can be underlying issues, the configuration and the coding for the sensors are absolute trash. d. It is not worth the money that it displays when you look into this product. Was buying the product worth it? Answer: No, it is not worth your money for the amount of constant issues and malfunctions. ( Yes, I say this once again > It is a horrible product ). Even some of the parts were rusting because you "aren't supposed to twist the deodorizer too "tight"; therefore, the liquid leaked". What are my thoughts? Answer: If I could tell anybody off of the street or any pet store that would want to sell this, I would let them know they are making a huge mistake and a horrible choice. I would rather pay the Litter-robot 4 (TOP TIER AUTOMATIC CLEANING LITTER BOX ON THE MARKET) than for my money to be spent on this ridiculous product. When it comes to making someone's life smooth and livable with buying things on amazon, this product will test your emotions and regret pressing the amazon button "ADD TO CART". I have wasted ENDLESS amounts of hours trying to fix this "so called..AMAZING AUTOMATIC LITTER BOX", and the past 5 days, I literally regretted every choice that I had made and breathe. I look into products for quality, effectivity, long-term life and I would lose a breath for this product.
