    • FX4 Models - Minor Cutting Required
If you have the FX4 package that comes with the front engine skidplate, you will need to drop that plate and trim it a bit. The back part of that plate folds up and back, creating a lip that the front of the fiberboard diaper attaches to. So drop that plate first (four easy bolts), grind/cut the vertical edge back so the plate is flat; you’ll cut back about two inches. Then you can put turret front plate back on, and slide the front of the new Rough Country plate under the back of the front engine skid plate. ... show more

    • Fit perfect, would like red lights in rear bumper not white.
I can see some use for added rear light if backing up on trails but as a daily driver would prefer additional brake lights for the “ stop now please” effect. Seniors were not quite plug and play but nothing some black silicone could not fix. Stock tow hitch fit perfect.

Unfortunately I did not take any pictures before installing my license plate but bumper definitely looks much better than Factory. I wired my reverse lights up to the LEDs. I do wish that it stuck out just a little further than what it does. With that being said it is definitely an upgrade over the thin tin can that they call a bumper from the factory. ... show more

The bumper itself looks good and is a fairly straight forward install. Honestly the longest part for me was disconnecting all the sensors and then relocating them to the rough country bumper. The way the sensors secure in the rough country bumper is terrible! The holes to meant to be used to secure the sensors in place are almost impossible to get to on the outside 2. The holes on my particular bumper weren't even clear for the screw to be threaded, I had to file away multiple notches and drips from what looks like a poor welding job. The instructions are a bit off, showing old pictures and they don't seem to be an easy flow if you follow them. The lights I haven't tackled yet, but I wish they were set up to connect without having to pull power from the battery and could just be tied into the back up lights easily. ... show more
