  • It's very high - I'm 5'3" Not so stable
This bench is ok for incline workouts, knee supported rows and sit ups. It is NOT great for step ups or laying down flat and putting your feet on the floor. It is super light weight and slides pretty easily on a carpeted floor. When doing tricep dips, it tends to tip. It is WAY too tall for step ups and too wobbly. I have to step up on a folding chair. If I am doing a bench press and lay flat on the bench, my feel do not touch the floor. If I can return it without the original box I probably will. ... show more

  • Nice looking bench with lots of adjustability
If you’ve got a workout-related new year’s resolution, you’ll want to check out this adjustable weight bench. The bench came well packaged with lots of foam around the bars and ends, and plastic covering all of the pads. I did find a bent piece of the metal frame near the main joint, but it does not appear to have affected the bench’s integrity at all. There was no damage to any of the rest of the bench. I’ve spent a couple of weeks using the bench almost daily for workouts. The pad stitching has remained solid, the filling has retained its shape, and even though the pad surface is polyurethane, it has held up to sweat, jeans, buttons, and multiple other unkind materials dragged across it. I’ve started to notice some areas where surface stretches have appeared, although no sagging yet, so it will be interesting to see how it holds up over time. The bench was really easy to assemble - I didn’t even have to open the instructions to figure it out. The bench came with all parts attached save one horizontal pole (the front “foot”). You can use the included tools and bolts to attach that pole, and then insert the cotter pins at the folding joints. Finally, if you plan to use the resistance bands, you can attach those to the eyelets on the front foot. Folding is similarly easy. You can just remove one cotter pin and the bench will fold in half. I typically pull out the middle pin and then drape the entire bench over my weight stand to minimize the amount of space taken up by the equipment. You may want to experiment with which pin you remove and how you fold it depending on your workout area setup. The foam knee and ankle pads stayed in place enough to support decline sit-ups and possibly could have supported decline bench press as well. However, the angle and pivot point of the bench when in decline position is a bit too extreme to support a comfortable decline press for me. The incline angles were better in my opinion and I was able to use it both for incline press and shoulder / back workouts. There is really only one concern over this bench and that is its width vs. height, which can affect the stability. The bench is about 2” taller than my previous bench (26” vs. 24”), which makes it super comfortable when you are seated, but at the expense of raising the center of gravity. The bench seat is less than 12” x 12” wide, which can be uncomfortable for some depending on your stature. I’ve pictured the seat next to an 18” x 18” throw pillow for comparison. However, that narrow width helps cut down on the weight of the bench, making it more portable and easier for smaller people to use. Overall I thought this was an excellent adjustable bench with lots of options to configure it for a variety of workouts. It is less expensive than similarly equipped adjustable weight benches. It also looks great and folds up for easy storage, making it a no-brainer purchase if you are looking for an adjustable weight bench. ... show more

  • Functional, sturdy, and versatile, but…
Great exercise bench, but the included resistance band does not feel resistance enough for me so I’ll more than likely use my own. Other than that it works perfectly for my core training, leg and bicep days. I like the seven angle incline and decline options. It was also extremely easy to assemble. Just a few steps. It comes with a instructions manual. It feels very sturdy when in use. It also folds for easy storage. Great for me since I have minimal storage space. This bench is a great addition to my other workout routine and gears. I’m not disappointed and recommend it. ... show more

  • Home workout equipment
The assembly was easy and took me about 30 min to assemble everything. The chair itself is pretty good and sturdy but the resistance bands that came with it is pretty much useless if you want to train heavy. Overall the product is decent and it can be used with other gym equipment for workouts.

  • Lightweight and sturdy
We love this versatile workout bench in our makeshift home gym! It is fairly lightweight, yet still super sturdy, and a great addition to any workout. It’s really helped us diversify our routines in a short amount of time. There is barely any assembly required, and is very straightforward and easy. I was able to carry the bench upstairs all by myself. It folds down to make storage easier, but we leave it set up all the time. Quite a good value for this bench and would recommend it for anyone’s home gym! ... show more

  • Versatile
This chair was delivered and I was excited. Three concept of a home gym is more appealing. I have a couple off weights and some basic things but I was really needing a bench chair. This one seemed like a good and it was. The bench is very multiple use and it seemed very sturdy so far.

These came almost completely assembled right out of the box. It’s heavy duty but lightweight to move around. It’s sturdy and the seat is comfortable for working out.

  • Sturdy and easy to assemble
Already love this bench. It’s very sturdy, does not wobble on flat surfaces at all. It was easy to assemble, honestly comes mostly assembled in the box. It folds easily for storage in small spaces. Overall I’m really happy with this!
