My husband used this headset while he was driving down the road as an truck driver. It was fantastic. No background noise at all. Charges fast. Bluetooth works great with his new phone. He has has this headset for many years. This is the second Blue parrot he has owned.

These headphones do a stellar job at removing background noise. Some details: Functionality: 5/5 - I got these headphones for my job, which allowed me to work from home. My WiFi at the time wasn't great, so I would regularly have to work from a coffee shop that had a ton of background noise (especially during holidays - the owners kind of went wild especially during Halloween). Despite the werewolf animatronics howling every few minutes, none of the background noise could be heard by coworkers or clients. Because these aren't noise cancelling headphones, the background noise might still be distracting to you, but if your only concern is blocking others from hearing your background noise, these are superb. Comfort: 3.5/5 - They're a bit uncomfortable, to be honest. It digs into your temple a bit. You can adjust the tension and length, but if you have to wear them for an extended period of time (such as if you have several meetings in a row), it will almost definitely start to hurt a bit over time. Audio quality: 4/5 - The audio quality is fine. Obviously these aren't going to be a great option for listening to music, but for their intended purpose they meet expectations. My only issue is that listening to audio out of only one ear can get annoying after a while. You can adjust/reverse them, so it's easy to switch ears, but then you're still just hearing out of one ear. However, while it would be nice to have noise cancelling headphones that go over both ears, a simple glance at the product images tells you that these headphones won't provide that, so the fact that you can only hear out of one ear hasn't impacted my overall rating because it wasn't a case of an unmet expectation. Overall, these headphones do pretty much exactly what they claim. They block out background noise like a charm, and the microphone still picks up your voice without making it sound weird. For that reason, despite the slight discomfort, I feel this product does deserve five stars - although I would probably go 4.5 if I could. ... show more

I’ve been using Blue parrot 450XT headsets since 2019. More than happy with them, but they broke from heavy use, totally acceptable for the abuse. I decided to upgrade to the B650-XT thinking more was better. I was completely wrong, immediately I noticed the max volume was way too low, you can play with the NC settings to make it a bit easier to hear but not much. Then I started having it call the last number randomly while it was hanging in the cab with no touching the phone or headset. Calling people at 5am for no reason is unacceptable. Support said to reset factory settings and repair Bluetooth… didn’t work. When you press the button to activate Siri, there is a 3-5 second delay before the mic turns on, so Siri only hears the last word or two of the command. When you receive a call and the internal voice command announces the caller, you can’t answer the call until it’s done speaking, if you hit it again, it will disconnect. Overall this headset is infuriating, the whole point of a headset is to free you to communicate AND operate a CDL vehicle without distraction from the operating of the vehicle. I just bought my 3rd B450-XT headset, low and behold, it works perfectly, loud speaker, instant mic activation with Siri and it hasn’t called a single person without my input. That was the longest review I’ve ever written, but I’m amazed with how many problems I’ve had with this headset, $300 wasted and I had to buy another $120 B450-XT. Jabra failed hard with this one. ... show more

My fiance is a truck driver and he accidentally lost his headset. I will not lie, he wanted the one he had, but this one was on sale for $10 more, so of course I upgraded it... lol. He came home yesterday after using it for the first time and said thank you so much!!! It tells me who's calling and asks if I want to accept or decline. He loved not having to fiddle with the buttons on the side that he can't see. Just the smile on his face was worth the extra $10 dollars, but it would even be worth it for the full price!!! ... show more
