I left the settings and used the ear buds that came with it. So far very impressed. I left them in my ears for 4 hours without any problems. Tomorrow will be the real test. Going to a family dinner at my son’s house. Last time I went I had to keep asking people to speak up. That was the deciding factor to purchase these. So far so good. Ok these are great. Husband can turn down the TV now! They will take some getting used to because he can hear himself better now too, BUT, without the aids, he raises his voice more in conversation. So far, so good.
