I can't believe how much I was missing before using the pro2s. Now, I'm catching every word in conversations with my friends, and I don't feel selfconscious about wearing a bulky device. This hearing aid is discreet and most people don't even notice I have it in my ear unless I point it out. The audio range is also fantastic for music and such. I had forgotten how detailed certain songs are until I listened with these. Battery life is generally good for a day's worth of use, and the portable charger is compact enough to toss in my bag

Read the directions and follow it. I am in week 2, wearing them 4 hrs. a day. They are incredible, today I noticed the loud scratchy noise is disappearing, I am so amazed. It does take time for your brain to adjust, it is working. So be patient and follow directions. I have been telling all my senior students, I teach ballroom dance at the senior center, about my hearing aids, they are happy I have them. I would not be surprised if some of the placed an order. I am well pleased will the hearing aid's they are just what i needed ,But unfortunately one of the hearing aid's has malfunctioned i called support and they are taking of the problem;they were very helpful in this matter and they are replacing the hearing aid's i would buy again.

For what they are, they work as good as you would expect. Had 1 side give out, called their Customer Service and was actually treated like a customer that bought their products. Talked to the girl, tired a couple things, and ended up having a new pair sent to me without any issues.

I'm really amazed by how clear the sound is form the hearing aids. I can hear conversations and little sounds that I ain't heard in years. so comfortable, forget I'm even wearing them. The charging case is also sleek and convenient.

Actually., this product did not work for me , but Audien took it back with full credit for us to buy their ION and it has worked perfectly for me. It is the best, most comfortable hearing aid I have ever had.

So far so good, it just arrived. My regular hearing aid died. It will take 2 weeks for it to be repaired. I ordered this model as a backup and to use while mine is being repaired. This particular model is stellar and has , so far exceeded my expectations !!!
