easy to clean
Although the shape is slightly different from the original, it still fits well. They are quite soft and comfortable to use. Cleaning is easier than I expected, I just need to take them off and wash them.

not bad
I swapped out my grandfather's old hearing covers with these new ones and he was pretty happy with the change. They're soft and don't irritate my ears at all, nice tho cuz he wears them all day. They're easy to take off and clean, and they snap right back on without any fuss.

Comfortable and Reliable!
These hearing aid domes are a great replacement for my Oticon hearing aids. They are very comfortable to wear and fit perfectly. The sound is clear and natural, and I haven’t had any issues with feedback or discomfort. The domes are durable and easy to clean. They’ve really improved my hearing experience.

Poor Quality
Model: E16
I tried for over an hour to get them to pair with my iPhone so I could link them to the app ... they just don't work! Don't waste your money ... these will be going back.

Good substitute for name brand
Hearing aids are a necessary evil and the accessories that have to be replaced now and then, in order to keep them operating at full capacity, are an added expense. So, I’m happy I’ve found dome replacements to fit my Oticon hearing aids. These domes are a fraction of the price of the ones I’ve purchased from other sources. Make no mistake, these domes by Auiloes are not the Oticon brand but they are still pretty good in their own right. And, this company focuses on manufacturing hearing aids and the various components. So, I’m fairly confident they know what they’re doing. I’ve found these domes to be a good substitute and they fit my hearing aids quite well. They’re soft and flexible and easy to use. They definitely have my thumbs up and I’m pleased that I’ve found this less expense alternative.

easy to clean
Got one for my grandma. They fit and don't cause any irritation, even after extended use. Cleaning them seems easy. just remove them, give them a quick wipe, and put them back. They attach securely and don’t shift around, nice tho, can save my grandma the hassle of readjusting them throughout the day.
