I got these for after sinus surgery and septoplasty. However the ice packs are too firm to be able to use comfortably for that. They are great for anything that doesn't need to bend though.

I wanted to love these they come nicely packaged with a storage bag but... Theyre to thick of material snd not enough gel . You cant feel much cold and melts very fast. We have no use for them now.
