I have very bad pain in my knees. I have a meniscus tear in one of them and I was skeptical about these patches, because I didn't think they would work for that particular knee. I am very happy to say that I was wrong. I can get up out of my bed or from sitting down on a chair, without pain. I will be purchasing more just to have them forever. They work people, go ahead and purchase them. Maybe it's the menthol that's in it. I don't know, but whatever it is, it works for me. I'm definitely not sorry that I bought them.     • DON'T BUY. COMPLETE RIP OFF
DIDN'T do anything for pain and they STINK. I mean gave me a headache STINK. Product doesn't stay put. It kept peeling off of clean dry skin. It was used on the knee area and nothing touched it. Keep your money. Product should be removed from Amazon. Please.

i like to use these after long days of working and sometimes even during work to help with muscle aches and soreness. the adhesive has a strong grip and the shape of the patch helps moving around with ease when you walk around or bend your knee. does a great job for the price!
