Let me say I love love love this!! It’s good quality, very lightweight and easy to use. It has 3 heat settings and it gets warm so quickly which I love. It’s not scorching hot to where it’s uncomfortable, it’s the perfect heat. The vibrating is amazing and helps a lot. I will say I planned to take this on days I have cramps at work but the vibrating sound is a little loud for that but I’ll just use that part at home or on my break if I have to. Very easy to control, hold button down to turn on or off (top is heat and bottom is vibrate). The adjustable strap is amazing too, I like that I can walk around without a cord like with typical heating pads. I charged it right out of the box (after trying first of course lol) it probably took 45 minutes to fully charge! Easy set up, just charge and put on. Adjustable waist allows for the heating pad to fit snuggly. Has three different heat settings. The first is my favorite. The highest is very hot but not uncomfortable. It also vibrates so a soothing element. I love this for my time of the month or after work when I’ve been sitting for a while, I turn it around and use it on my lower back. It’s not very bulky and can be worn under clothes pretty easily or over a thin shirt. Fast charging with USB makes it great to travel with too! Love this very comforting around that time of the month. Use it on my back for that lower back pain as well. The massage is nice and the heating is powerful be careful with it and don use it directly on your skin. Wear a shirt and then the device or it will hurt the skin.

10/10 recommend. Really great product! I just wish the battery life was longer. It heats really quickly, is comfortable and I love that it has multiple heat settings. It’s slightly bulky but is possible to hide under jeans or a large sweatshirt. Sometimes I worry I’ll accidentally press the vibration button and it will go off in my bag but so far that hasn’t happened haha. For anyone with bad cramps or endometriosis, this is a great product, it really helped in my recovery from surgery! ... show more

Love the heating part- it is so nice for some relief of cramps. The massaging function is just a vibration and I didn't personally think it did much other than make noise- maybe for others it would be nice, but not what I will use. I do like that you can use it out of the box- super easy controls.

So I saw a video of this portable heating massage period pack and was urious and interested so I went ahead and ordered one on Amazon came before christmas this has changed my life for the better I have back pain at times and I'm constantly have to use muscles so by the end of work or exercise or what ever I put it on it clips like a belt and feels like a belt I live that I can wear it in front if I'm cramping or say my back is giving me fits at work I can wear it on my back and it will help me through the rest of my shift I liked this product so much I went ahead and purchased another one for a Xmas present I loved that this gadget is covered through fsa the only thing I get annoyed with is that it feels like it takes forever to charge but all in all 5 stars for sure definitly recommend ... show more

The 3 different heating settings it has are wonderful and just enough without it being too overwhelming In different settings. It heats up fairly fast too which is great for helping ease pain faster.
