Absolutely perfect! Zero weird smells, super soft and cuddly. The bean bag comes out for easy heating. I also like that they added names to the animals. This is Cherry the axolotl and she is adorable. These are seriously so cute and this gift is going to make a little girl very happy this Christmas.

These are absolutely amazing. I bought two over them one for each of my daughters, they love them. They take the bean bag out throw it in the microwave for a minute take it out and put it back in the Axolotl. Then once a week we take the beans out and wash their animal. The axolotl is adorable, there is no doubt about that! This is a great size for a child snuggle at bedtime too. The quality of material is great. The insert must be removed in order to warm it up, which is easy to do and my kids are able to do so themselves. It is soft, thick and very soothing! However, it smells. The insert smells awful, truly. We have sprayed it with a lavender, calming spray which helps tremendously but just know the initial odor is intense. This was a great after surgery recovery gift. Super soft and easy to understand how it works. It didn't have a weird plastic smell or any surprise rough spots in the seams. The price was spot on for the size of the item and I was told that it kept the bed and cat warm for half the night.
