I bought this almost a year ago. I use it nightly, multiple times throughout the day and night. The temperature is great, and sometimes can almost be too hot, but that’s not a bad thing since it’s adjustable. It heats up quick, and has a timer in 30 minute increments that shows how long it has left since starting. I have washed the pad like I wash my clothes and I haven’t had any issues with it. For me, I think it’s a good size and covers my whole upper and lower back. It’s easy and straight forward to use with the corded remote. For the cost, I think it’s a pretty good buy considering I’ve bought others for more money that didn’t last or get as warm as I wanted them. I’d say it’s a great value.

I originally got this hearing pad to help relieve pain during my periods but it’s helped me while I was recovering from my wisdom teeth surgery. It’s very lightweight and has a variety of heat settings. It also comes with a timer for those that can be forgetful. It’s very soft and comfortable under blankets or even clothes and pillows. Overall 10/10 heating pad.

The mat arrived in a timely manner, was as described and free of defects. The mat is fairly well constructed, and the seems are tight. As you can see it has a pillow pad that can be inflated by the bulb, while there is no massage point in the pillow is does supply heat to the area it encounters. The remote will allow you to control the heat and massage capabilities of the mat. Some reviews mentioned issue with the massage/vibration capabilities of the mat, if you buy a vibration mat you can’t complain that you don’t get Shiatsu Massage from it. This mat has 6 vibration motors built in, 3 on each side. It has three speeds as seen in the picture (L, M, H.). The low setting is a gentle vibration, while the med is very brisk, the high cycle I would honestly say is a bit much. The heating is fairly good, but would be nice if it had at least one more setting. As for me the low setting isn’t quite there, and the high can be a bit much. There is a Shiatsu Neck pillow, that is removable, so I take it off. It works better for me as a deep massage for my back or knee. I am addicted to this thing. I ordered it as I was having back pain and nothing worked. This at least helps keep the pain manageable. It turned out I have a burst fracture in my spine which will require surgery. Again this mat has helped me through many restless and painful nights. As you can see the head rest attaches right above the mat. There are three buttons to control speed and direction. It works as a neck massager, and lower back massager, even functions well to help with knee and thigh issues. I have yet to try it on upper back and ACLs. But overall I gave it 5 Stall and recommend it.

I was looking for a heating pad for my cat. She is entering golden years, and just want her to be cozy. This was delivered a few hours ago, and she's been on it after 3 mins after I put it on the bed! Heating elements are great. A variety of heat settings with many different times you can put it on to turn off. Very soft fabric. Would be good for period pains or targeted heat on your body due to the size. My only hangup on it was the care "tag." It was in the seam on the top and was just in the way. I ended up cutting it off since it was so cumbersome where the manufacturer put it.

Works great. Nice size for both my neck and shoulder, lower back and knee. The cat even likes it when I get up to answer the door. Bad kitty!!! I love the fact you can set a timer and adjust the temperature. It can get hot! . I don’t worry about taking it to bed and burning my skin. It gives me just enough time to fall asleep more comfortably !

Good deal at the time I purchased it - price was in the $10 range. I use it on my office chair for my lower back area. It heats up quickly and provides plenty of heat on the 1 and 2 setting - for short term additional heat 3 is okay, but I've never needed any more than that. If it's under a heavy towel or blanket perhaps those higher settings would be needed. The timer is helpful and the quality of the outer material is very good. In colder weather, my cats also love it.
