Update: stop getting hot one month after purchase. Now I can't get a hold of the company that sold it to me. Purchase this the other day and it's so soft and nice I only have the heat on the 3rd dots and it goes up to 6. And its pretty warm. I also like that it has a timer on it 30, 60 , 90 and 120 minutes and then it shuts off. Very nice quality large enough to go from one hip to the other. This pad works great large enough to cover your whole back. Works great across upper shoulders also. The auto timer is a great feature with the several temperature settings.

This is soft and thin. Even though it's thin, you still don't feel the wires! That is a big deal in my world! 😄 I also really like the controls. There are so many levels and time variations! Options are always a plus!

    • Works well, but died fast
I’m not the average user for these: I have chronic body pain due to a genetic disorder, so I used this a LOT. Like every day a lot. It was purchased in September of 2022 and around March we began to notice that the cords attaching into the heat control unit were fraying and coming open/apart. This was flagged by us, but the heating effect had not diminished. As of yesterday (5/31) the unit stopped heating at all. The buttons light up and you can cycle through the settings, but absolutely no heat comes. This unit lasted a shorter amount of time than others I have bought, but this one was much more comfortable and provided a good, steady heat throughout it. Maybe consider reinforcing the cable plugins — but otherwise a lovely unit. ... show more

This is the perfect heating pad for me! It’s really soft and it’s a pretty red color. I really like that there are more levels than just low, medium or high. Sometimes I need that extra heat for my aches and pains, it’s tough getting older! I also like that there is a timer on it. That way I can use it when I go to bed and don’t have to worry about it being on too long. My cat even likes it! ... show more

Worked amazing until it didn't. Stopped working after three years. Contacted manufacturer, they only cover for the first year. So I will not be buying this again.
