  • Finally something helped!!
I have terrible menstrual cramps and heating pads never cut it. Mainly because they don't maintain heat long enough, shut off after a period of time and are not portable. These were great! While i would love the heat to be more constant, i found with occasional re-adjustments i was able to use this for about 5 hours and receive heat. Was a great way to help my cramping. It did not get rid of my cramping however due to my severity, nothing usually does so i imagine for some this may actually eliminate it. ... show more

  • So convenient!
So far, I am very pleased with these. The amount of heat is perfect, they continue to radiate heat for a long time, and the adhesion is also on point.

  • LIFE SAVER
These are genuinely so amazing, they heat up in less than a minute and last for over 10 hours without losing heat.

  • Best I have found yet!
I have really bad menstrual cycles and without these I wouldn’t be able to function! I have tried multiple other brands and they don’t cover my entire lower stomach (aka ovaries and uterus). They stick pretty well but by the 6 hour mark it’s starts to lose its adhesives and I have to watch it! I would rather mess with that than have to put on two different patches to actually cover what’s hurting. Last tid bit, they don’t over heat compared to other brands! Some burn me but these do pretty well! ... show more

  • Menstrual Cramp Relief on the go!
I purchased these for my daughter, because when she has really bad menstrual cramps, she uses a heat pack at home. Her cramps were so debilitating that she was struggling to go to work and school or even travel. After researching online, I came across these heat pads, and they have been a game changer for her! They are thin enough and discreet enough for her to wear to work and to school and they are easy to pack in a purse or backpack. Happy to see her out and about again during her periods! ... show more

  • Used on my back during pregnancy
I’m 7 months pregnant and my back pain is terrible, so I thought I’d try these for my back and my back hasn’t felt this good in months! It works better than the plug-in heat pad!

  • Doesn't get warm enough, had to use 3 pads in one day.
They minorly help menstrual cramps. They do not get warm enough or last for more than a few hours. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the brand called "Lola" heating pads for menstrual cramps. Lola warming pads stuck to me and stayed very warm for 8 hours, even as I was moving around at work. I get horrible cramps, sometimes to the point of passing out. So far, Lola has been such a lifesaver, but isn't on Amazon, although you can get them from the Lola website or Walgreens... The shipping was quick & everything arrived in good condition, which are the only good things I can say about them... But if you have horrible cramps like me, I would recommend LOLA WARMING PADS any day and twice on Sunday! ... show more
