If I could give it zero stars I wouldn't hesitate. The product I received was not expired or damaged. Having stated that I will add that it doesn't work. It barely got warm. I opened them all and not one of the pads worked as advertised Save your money and treat yourself to a pizza and soda

NOT intended to be put directly on skin!!! Way too hot for that and you'll burn yourself too! Very easy to use. I either put it on my back on a shirt I'm wearing or put it on the back of my underwear for my lower back. It hits the spot perfectly, the pain is gone! Perfect size and not at all bulky! You can take it anywhere you go and there is no smell to it! I highly recommend this to those suffering from lost back pain. It can also be used when your menstruating.
