NOT intended to be put directly on skin!!! Way too hot for that and you'll burn yourself too! Very easy to use. I either put it on my back on a shirt I'm wearing or put it on the back of my underwear for my lower back. It hits the spot perfectly, the pain is gone! Perfect size and not at all bulky! You can take it anywhere you go and there is no smell to it! I highly recommend this to those suffering from lost back pain. It can also be used when your menstruating. Work as expected

Stays on well and produces a mild level of heat which is enough to reduce symptoms. The adhesive does not irritate my skin. They are great for muscle tension. Good value for the expense.

These are utterly useless. I only tried a new brand because my usual kind won't get here fast enough. They have basically no adhesive. They generate a barely-detectable amount of heat. Certainly nothing even close to a level that could actually provide pain relief or relaxation. I tried a few patches just to see if my first one was a dud, but some of them are even worse than others. They won't stick to clothes. They won't stick to skin. The expiration date is in mid-2027, so that's probably not the problem. The only good thing is that you won't be at any risk of burning yourself if you're rebellious and apply them directly to your body. So now I'm still aching, but now with less money and bonus crankiness. Avoid.

Not a bad product

I initially misunderstood the descriprion & thought these were pain patches that were medicated & heated up because of the ingredients. These are just regular heating pads, sorta like those hand warmer ones but with a sticky side so you can place them where you need to onto your clothes & have constant heat. It says NOT to sleep with them on but i did. The heat lasted at least 17hrs & was still warm to touch when I removed it. The only issue I found was if you have lower back pain & wear low/mid rise jeans bc half of pad would be stuck to the pants & other half on lower part of shirt. Not a product malfunction. Just a "me" malfunction🤣 Other than this, it worked great to alliviate some of the stiffness/pain.

Basic effectiveness. Won’t buy again

It gives decent heat. The instructions say put on clothes rather than skin. The only way you get relief is if you put directly on skin. Don’t worry, it is not as hot as the box describes. The adhesive will give out after a few hours, so it will fall off quickly. It’s gives minor relief for a few hours at best. I bought two boxes since they were half of. I won’t purchase again.
