This cordless heating pad belt works great. I bought this for lower back pain and its comfortable to wear and the variable heat and vibration settings work great. After wearing it for a while on the heat setting your back pain lessens and your able to move around freely again. This portable heating pad belt and massage is a game changer to heal your lower back pain Its nice that its portable so you can take it anywhere with you. I highly recommend this heat belt as I use it whenever doing physical labor work on the low heat setting and it keeps the inflammation away and feels comfortable and supports your lower back very good I also recommend that you buy extra power packs for continued repeated use. This is a well made cordless back support that works. Purchase this and you'll be glad you did. I also bought 2 extra larger charge capacity OKZU 5V 2A,10000mAh Power Banks for this belt and have included photo for reference.Its not surprising that this heating pad belt with massage has received such high ratings from Amazon purchasers.

I recently purchased the Comfytemp Cordless Heating Pad with Massager for Back Pain Relief, and overall, I’ve been really pleased with how well it works. The combination of heat and gentle vibration massage provides noticeable relief for lower back tension, especially after long days of sitting or standing. The fact that it’s cordless and rechargeable makes it super convenient — I can move around the house or relax on the couch without worrying about being near an outlet. The three heat settings are a great feature, allowing me to adjust the warmth depending on how sore my muscles feel. This has truly saved me when it comes to my period. I have cramps so bad that I can't walk. That isn't an exaggeration, I truly cannot walk even with help because my cramps are so bad. Just starting with this in case someone thinks "oh sure maybe if you have baby cramps it works." Also, I have a big stomach. With the expandable strap, this fits perfectly and the heat and massage is enough to get through the stomach fat to my muscles and uterus. Between this heating pad, all the OTC pain relievers on the market, and a gummy, I can actually get through my day now. By far the heating pad is the most important component. I make sure to charge the power source the day before my period starts. I will say that if you use it continuously it does need to be recharged about every 4 to 5 hours. That's with me having it on heat and massage both the whole time (yes, not recommended but if you have pain like I do then you know how it is.) Since it's just a power bank, you may be able to plug in a different one as a backup but I haven't tried it. (Edit: I tried it with a power bank and it worked! I now keep a backup at all times!) Even the lowest setting can make my skin really hot (it's that powerful), so I always wear thick sweat pants and a long shirt so I have multiple layers of fabric between my body and the heat source. There are other heating pads that you can strap on your body that are smaller and aren't noticeable under clothing. This is not that. Those ones weren't big enough for me and weren't powerful enough either. This is a heavy duty one that I wear on top of clothing while working from home. If you're worried about aesthetics, this is not the right choice for you. But if you have pain as bad as I do, I suspect you won't care and will simply do anything for pain relief. If that's what you want then I can't recommend this enough! Edit: it's been nearly a year now and still going strong! Works just as well as ever and I now keep a backup power bank so when one dies I just throw it on the charger and plug in the other one. This heating pad gave me back the week that my period used to steal from me and I will forever sing its praises! Final edit: 1 year and 7 months later the buttons are malfunctioning. It started a couple months ago where I had to press both buttons twice for them to work. Now I have to do it over and over until it finally works and I can see the lights in the panel glitch a bit. Everything I said above is true and I'm buying a new one. To be clear, I used this every single month for 5-7 days about 8-16 hours at a time. If you only use this occasionally it'll probably last much longer. Conversely, if you plan on using this every single day for back pain, this might not be as durable as you'd like. It's still a 5 star product for me.
