Purchased product from Amazon on July 10, 2025. Used 10-15 times and it stopped working. Will no longer hold a charge & the batteries are in a sealed compartment and cannot be replaced by the customer. Warranty says this is covered for 1 year so I followed all instructions & submitted warranty claim with purchase receipt. NO RESPONSE. No phone number for customer suppot anywhere on website or in owners manual. As of October 2025, we're still waiting for a response. Now working on submitting complaint with Amazon.

Nice product! Offers multi-mode relief; heat&vibration are adjustable and hit the right spots. I have used it for lumbo-sacral, upper thoracic, and lower cervical soreness and spasms. Fully charged permits 3-4 applications before recharge. The built in 20 min timer is a nice treatment option. Also, IR function is a real plus but, like the other features it can be toggled on/off to preserve battery life. A bit pricey, perhaps, but the relief and versatility offset that in my opinion.
