Nice product! Offers multi-mode relief; heat&vibration are adjustable and hit the right spots. I have used it for lumbo-sacral, upper thoracic, and lower cervical soreness and spasms. Fully charged permits 3-4 applications before recharge. The built in 20 min timer is a nice treatment option. Also, IR function is a real plus but, like the other features it can be toggled on/off to preserve battery life. A bit pricey, perhaps, but the relief and versatility offset that in my opinion.

This really helped me completely recover from a back spasm. The low heat is plenty warm. Can't attest to red light therapy because you can't feel it, but I believe it helps. The massage is wonderful. The velcro straps really help this fit snug.

Are you kidding??! Might as well go get an actual massage and chiropractor for the price this thing is. A vibrating heat pad, not very different from a chair massage pad that is worth a fraction of this. Completely overpriced, not worth the value and rather impractical as it only works for lower back pain. Anyone suffering from anything else will find this… comfortable but that’s about it considering you can’t target the problem. For the price, this should be made out of the highest quality materials with infused copper and genuine gold accents and work for your entire back. Have it be like a vest, that would be worth it.. maybe. Honestly talk about money laundering.

Pros. -Can use while charging -Led light therapy -Lock mode -Good heat -Good vibrating modes -Can use within an app Cons -Can't add time for existing routines -Too many buttons for manually selecting what mode you want. Hyperice doesnt have c usb plug while charging like this does but their product allows you to adjust your routine time while you're using it. Just power on and select what modes you want
