I bought this initially for lower back pain but I ended up not needing something so portable. The size is perfect for what I need now (neck pain) but it is a little harder than I'd like for that part of my body and I can only use it while sitting on the couch. Regardless, it heats up so fast and I love that about it! Unfortunately, it only stays on for 20 minutes, which isn't the end of the world. The biggest issue for me is the battery life. I get a chance to turn it on about four times before it dies and has to be recharged. I would rather have something that has a longer battery life if I need something portable but, if I can sit while using it, I'd be more inclined to grab something with a cord. ... show more

This product has been so useful. I’ve pretty much retired my heated infused stuffed animal and replaced it with this heating pad. It does get really hot (I see why they say put it over your clothing) and vibrates to soothe cramping. I think the vibrating is loud but others tell me they can’t hear it. I use it at the office, at home and even my fiancé has used it for his back. It also has an automatic shut off after 30 minutes. I mainly needed this item as a heat pad for period cramps. It’s good for about 2 hours then the battery dies, maybe less while using both the heat and massager at the same time. Once the battery dies only the massager will work. The massager doesn’t really do much it just feels like a consistent phone vibration, no help to cramps at all. Although the heat pad does warm pretty quickly. Also, the band that clips around the waist also breaks easily and I can no longer charge it due to the charging port pushing further inside ... show more

I bought this for cramps, but wound up using it more on my lower back. The combination of vibration and heat have been really helpful with the occasional flare-up. I had it for about a year when it stopped charging. The warranty expired by about a week, so I was not optimistic, but I emailed them about repair, heard back the same day, and had a replacement within a day. Pretty impressive. The battery isn't super long lasting, but I don't care. It does the job well enough for long enough that I plan to use it for as long as I have aches. Pros: The color options, comfort, and ease of use are all great. It stats on and doesn't slide around and heats up very fast. Cons: It only heats for about 30 minutes so if you are somewhere and you have it under your clothes you have to keep turning it on.
