For the price, this thing can't be beat. It's a very good value. As soon as you turn it on it starts heating up and you can feel the difference. Unlike My traditional heating pads which could take a few minutes to heat up. Surprisingly easy to wear around your waist, but I think the design really lends to back assistance. Otherwise you can hold it on to a portion of your body that's in need of heat. The area that the heat covers is actually only about the size of a softball, but the pain relief is real.

I have been fighting demons (cramps) after getting an iud inserted last month. I have a traditional heating pad, which is great, but I could only use it on my lower back while lying down. This thing has pulled me from the depths of hell and offered me salvation. Now I have a heating pad that I can use on my lower back AND lay in the fetal position simultaneously! Perfect size, perfect range in heat settings, perfect price. My only complaint is the battery life, I learned the hard way that it’s best to just plug it in right after use so it’s ready for the next time the demons come knocking at my uterus.

The product overall is great. The heat works great. I left it on low when in direct contact with my skin. Vibration settings are good - not too strong; but not weak. The pulsing options are a little weird, but that is user dependent. It automatically shuts off after 20mins. Two cons: it will not work while it is charging. This would be great b/c the battery only lasts 20mins x me. The other con is size. I wish it was a little wider. The length was good x me - covered from one side to the other; but the width is small. If they’d add @ least 2 inches. It would be perfect.

I do wish I liked this thing more than I do. For years I would just microwave a homemade rice sack thingy and I got sick of getting up to reheat it while I was in pain. Idk why it took me so long to get around to buying one of these, and I’m still glad I did, but there are a couple of things I would change about this. 1) I wish it were bigger. I am comparing this to the rice sack I had before, I had gotten used to the size of that thing and it covered both my uterus area AND my stomach- that way it’d cover both nausea and cramps at the same time. This can only do one of those at a time. 2) Battery life could be much better. I know I probably could’ve spent more money on one of these and gotten that, and I know the battery life is probably reflected in the price here. But, if I go to bed with it on, I wake up halfway through the night, cramping, with it dead. And you have to charge it forever to get that short amount of time out of it. Note- yes, it auto shuts off after half an hour. I actually appreciate this feature because if I fall asleep with it on, it helps conserve battery. I am not thinking that the auto shut off means it’s dead. I do know the difference there. I never use the vibration even though I want to, just for fear that it will kill the battery in 10 minutes. - the adjustable strap does not like to stay. Again, falling asleep with it tightened all the way, I wake up with it very very loose and no longer heating the area I originally placed it on That’s about it (mainly want it bigger with better battery) but it’s enough to be annoyed by the thing. Unfortunately I missed the return window so I am keeping it but otherwise I would’ve tried to find a different one. I guess it does beat a microwaveable pad 🤷♀️
