Due to cost I decided to give the new OTC hearing aids a chance and purchased this one. Very easy to do, as a rule is comfortable and somewhat easy to adjust the hearing level. I started out using only the right one and after some time decided to try using both. Worked for a while and the all of a sudden the left one was not as effective as it should have been. After making sure it was charged, it still was not working. I emailed the Svinz support group per the instructions that came with the aids and no response. I did not tell them it was purchased via Amazon. I then went to their website and contacted them again about 2 weeks ago and still no response. This time I did tell them it was an Amazon purchase. I resent my first email again and so far the same results. I do think this is a good product for a really good price but evidently Svinz does not as they do not seem to stand behind their product. Hope others do not have the same result that I did.

The earbuds are too large for me ear canal.. and they stick out beyond my ear.

These didn't work a full day. They were returned. The charging box has the connection on the bottom of the case so after the aids are placed in it to charge, it has to be laid on its side. Made absolutely no sense to me. Good riddance.

I am very happy with my purchase. I can hear much better without having to blast the tv. I am still quite young, so wearing hearing aids is a bit embarrassing, but these are so discreet that I feel comfortable wearing them in front of people. I love that it comes with a charging case!

Overall rating - Two out of Five: it picks up high pitched sound very well but it helps very little while in a conversation. Like I said - better than nothing. Helps me to stay alerted but gives me very little help in communication, watching TV, or listening to the radio. Comfort - Three out of Five: very picky to the size of the domes, position in the ear and etc. Once you finally get it in to the right position (Sometimes needed to go to different style or size of domes) - feels pretty good. Value of the money - One out of Five: Not full three months of use and right ear piece went silent/dead.

I work in the Casino Industry, on the Casino floor. I had noticed the past year that my right ear had a very noticeable deficit. This was my first purchase to attempt at finding an aid and remedy. I purchased these on May 10, 2022. I can say they did work, and it was very helpful, but... for $149.99 I expected a bit more than 3 months life. I had several coworkers ask about them, but there is no way I would recommend this item for... any price. Might as well describe them as DISPOSABLE. ***** UPDATED REVIEW ***** I lowered my original Rating of 2 Stars to 1 Star. I originally gave 2 because this item did work, if even only for a short time. I'm lowering it to 1 Star due to the fact the Seller, SVINZ doesn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to respond to email requests for assistance. I see that other customers have discovered the same thing. No phone number made available to Contact the Seller either. Shame on Amazon for allowing this Seller to continue doing business here.
