This product ended up not being useable for our space. The instructions were very vague also. We had to pay $70 shipping to return it. Will not purchase any product from this company and I'm just about through with Amazon too

This is a decent quality awning but the horrible directions would cause me to never buy this product. Many hours of time and money were wasted because of the lack of basic directions. In addition the directions that were provided were vague and the illustrations were of poor quality and rendered them almost useless
