This company should be ashamed of itself. If I worked for this company, I would quit. ......... The thing pooped out after 12 hours, and the sound quality was full of static. The crooks said the regular price for the "Volt" was $2000 but they had it on sale for $400 .......... Not only that, I sent it back after two days, and now the lousy company doesn't want to give me back my money. Yeah, I bought it through Amazon, but the lousy company put a hold on returning my money. --- DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY

Only had these for about a month before the left one stopped working unexpectedly. While they worked, they were decent hearing aids. Especially for the price. Since I’m going to the trouble to send them back, I’ve opted for a refund instead of replacement. I think this time I’ll pay a little more and get a hearing aid that has an app for my phone and some type of Bluetooth compatibility. To be fair, if these had continued to work, I would have been satisfied, but probably not impressed.

I have waited several weeks before writing a review for MD Hearing Aid Volt. After several weeks, I have been extremely pleased with this product. I have slight hearing loss in one ear and moderate loss in the other. I had purchased a hearing amplifier before hearing aids became available over the counter. From the moment I put the MD hearing aids on I realized what an amazing difference there was. I was hearing things that I didn't even know that I was missing. The hearing aids are well made and the controls are easy to master and provide a wide range of volume and programs for various situations. Also, the batteries are rechargeable and that is a real plus. After experimenting with several different types of ear pieces I found one that works perfectly for me. I have been really pleased with these hearing aids and highly recommend them. Great over the counter hearing aid at a great price point. I am hearing things better than I have in years.

Stopped working after 6 months. Won’t charge. Company won’t stand behind their product. I bought new ear inserts and another charger but it didn’t help. Totally got screwed. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT BUY. RUN AS FAST AS U CAN!!!!!

These hearing aids are easy to set up and use, but the sound quality is lacking. No matter which setting I used, they were prone to feedback and whistling, especially if the volume was set over 1 1/2. Mode 4 helped to reduce side noises somewhat; modes 1-3 seemed to vary gain sensitivity, without any frequency modulation. Called MD Hearing; they were polite, but once notified it was an Amazon purchase, advised me that I needed to use Amazon's 30 day free return policy to get a refund (instead of MD Hearings 45 day free return guarantee.) Noted the issues I had with the hearing aids and Amazon provided for a free refund. Not sure what would happen if I missed Amazon's 30 day return window?
